Dr. Andrea and her team are amazing! We've been coming for a few years now and love everything about this practice. The quality of care is excellent. Dr. Andrea and her very experienced hygienists are SO good with kids. They make them comfortable and do such a good job with the cleanings, X-rays and fill-ins. Took our 2 year old son to his first ever dentist appointment. I found this place on yelp based on reviews and it did not disappoint! Staff was so friendly and patient. The place is very clean with a lot of space for our son to move around and explore. It was a perfect environment for a child's first time at the dentist. There were a lot of toys and a tablet to keep our son occupied. During the cleaning Dr Dinh is very nice and informative. Other than the usual appointment, Dr. Andrea is very thoughtful and gave some general advice about how to keep her teeth healthy for the long-term, drawing from traditional practices also. Just brought in my 1yo and 3yo here. Appointment making was super easy and they reminded me via text about my appointments and I was able to fill out all my forms before coming in. Upon arrival, Amy at the front desk met us at the door to do a COVID screening. The kids were a little scared, but she was friendly and quick about taking their temps. I had 2 very different experiences with both my kids. My 3yo has been here before and did great with Tammy. She welcomed her, got her into the chair, gave her some shades. My daughter loved the attention, counting of teeth and was able to sit still for everything. My 1yo was another story. He had a total panic attack when he realized that Tammy wanted to look into his mouth. She didn't push though, which I appreciated. She said Dr. Dinh would just do everything at once, so they only had to go in there once. Dr. Dinh taught me how to cradle him and although he was crying (again, 1yo, first time at the dentist), she was quick and thorough. I had specific teeth I was concerned about and she found and checked them. She reassured me that everything was fine, explained to me what signs I should be concerned about and said to come see her if they should appear. As a parent, it was nice to hear what I should/shouldn't do with the kids and I left feeling confident on how to take care of my kids' teeth at these young ages. Before we left, Dr. Dinh reminded the kids to let me brush their teeth for them sometimes, let them pick new toothbrushes (Princess toothbrush for my daughter, of course! She was so excited.) and also reminded them to drink less juice and more water. (And for a week now, they've been listening! They ask for water now because "Dr. Dinh said to drink water, Mama!" Whoohoo!!) On the way out, Amy gave them some toys and we made our next appointments. They were almost sad to leave. Overall, I think the staff is professional, knowledgable and friendly.
