He made my son a fun hand balloon out of a glove to make him happy, and it sure did. They never force the kids to do anything if they aren't comfortable. We're still working on helping him get more comfortable with taking x-rays of his back teeth, which can be a bit tricky for him. With an amazing staff like this, you just know the dentist must be a wonderful person and Dr. Michael absolutely is. Soft-spoken, kind, and very reassuring, he makes each visit calm and positive. They take good care of you but the appointments are so hard to get and they work only 4 days a week. Usually, they'd schedule the next two appointments in advance and for any reason if you have to reschedule, it is impossible to get in. They are minimally staffed and their hygienists run the show. The doctor is mostly not there or if he is, he doesn't come in to check on you, They have managed so far because of established patients who are maybe reluctant to change and that's why I stayed with them so long.
