This is a really nice high end store. The shirts and fashion they sell feels and looks of high quality. They have a nice leather handbag and backpack section, as well as a large fragrance section. I was surprised to see home items like silverware for sale as well. Lots of different items make this place a nice stop for unique gifts. If you are looking for name brand, high quality items, this might be one of your best bets in Provincetown. Nice friendly staff.

Apart from the many clothing stores on Commercial Street, French Feelings has set themselves apart for being open for business when nearly every clothing shop conceivable was closed during the holidays in Ptown. Feelings' DNA is mostly about French street-style fashions. So if you're looking to completely fill your closet with "basics and classics", this may not be for you. I can talk all day about how much I adore French luxe brands- but Thierry carries wild and rock-fueled clothing pieces that are unique. Think oversized graphic jackets, denim, utility-style pants, etc. There are belts, candles, silverware and a few more home accessories. Wait...there's more. Thierry also carries leather bags in many sizes including minis, canvas ones, crossbodies, wallets, etc that are unique but more subdued in style. This all might sound like a hodge-podge type of place, but the quality is here. I love my small leather bag I brought with me and also kept an eye on a few items for future purchase. There's no website for French Feelings- but if you want to purchase anything, he has a Facebook 'catalog'(?) where you can view a particular item, call Thierry and pay over the phone. He really does need a website to showcase his products and be part of the e-commerce reality- not on Facebook! Thierry is detailed and friendly though and my purchase was a really nice cherry on top.

    Our bag of fabulous clothes!

This store sells many nice things for the home that you can buy on the spot, but the store is also the base for people who want to get a professional to help decorate their homes Yates & Kennedy occupies about 500 square feet on Commercial St, and owner Mitch Yates has created areas throughout the shop that teem with personality. The shop, which has been around for over 10 years is chock-a-block full. Antelope horns lean against agate bookends, watermark pillows rest next to small oil paintings, and claw-foot candlesticks, magnifying glasses and a jewel-encrusted crown share table space. A variety of vintage wallpaper serves as backdrops to the diverse assortment. Yates has even created a space for a great assortment of espadrilles and hand screened T-shirts by his best friend, John Kennedy. The shop, like a room with character, is spirited and charming. When you visit, plan to spend some time there; you never know what you'll uncover.

I found a beautiful pillow that I feel in love with. I ended up leaving without purchasing it. Only to think a about the pillow all day. In the end deciding to return and make the pillow mine. I found the owner friendly and kind, yet a little soft spoken. He seemed to appreciate customers commenting on his beautiful items. Ultimately I was thrilled that I stepped foot in Yates & Kennedy and I will think of that store fondly each time I gaze upon my gorgeous pillow while at home. Even if you are not planning on purchasing you should stop in to Yates & Kennedy just to take in the beauty.

I knew exactly…read morewhat I was looking for and he rushed over saying he had one more for me to look at while adding it into the case of naval jewelry within my first minute of being inside. He gave me time to peruse each side of the rotating case and as soon as I looked over at him he came rushing to help me pick out what I wanted to see. He gave me time to fiddle around with each piece - going around to help other customers - while I stood in front of the mirror (he had pointed out to me) trying to decide which ones I wanted. I settled on three stunning belly rings and took them to the counter. He finished helping the customer who was ahead of me quickly and got her checked out and then immediately went into his drawers of goodies for the exact pieces I picked out. He was very quick about it and put them all in individual baggies and then into a nice little box. For three beautiful, stainless steel belly rings I paid around $80 after tax. And I am genuinely not mad about that price because after a week of continuous, daily wear for just one of the rings I can say the quality is worth it. No allergic reactions, it's sturdy with no signs of breaking easily or at all, and it still looks as shiny as when I first put it in. Honestly, the selection for naval rings there is phenomenal and so was the customer service. I will definitely be back the next time I take a trip up to see my family.
