This is by far the worst gel manicure i've ever had done. My cuticles weren't properly cut, the gel polish was poorly put on (where theres paint on my skin and the color not fully placed on the corner of my nails) and the service overall was horrible. Personally, I would definitely not recommend spending your money in a place like this. read more

As someone who has been going to French Nails for over 4 years now, I can say with 100% certainty these lovely ladies will not let you walk out of their salon unless you absolutely love your nails. If there is something unsatisfactory, you have to tell them, because just like you, they are not mind readers, and will only know if you of the inform them. They have services that go beyond just nails they have waxing as well, which I have had done and would recommend to anyone. There is a private section dedicated to waxing to make any customer feel comfortable and relaxed. If you have not had waxing of any kind done before, whether it be your eyebrows or your legs, the ladies talk you through the process and will answer any questions you may have. MY personal favorite is a pedicure. One of the ladies will tell you to pick a color and for me I'm like a kid in a candy shop because there is such a great variety it's so hard for me to pick! Then they ask what kind of salts would I like to use, and there is such array of salts to choose from and they all smell so fantastic, again it's such a hard choice! In all honestly though, these ladies customize your experience and you won't find a better nail salon and atmosphere than French Nails. All of the above and more is what has me coming back time and time again, four years and more! Not only does it make it a nice experience when you can tell they love what they do, but also these ladies love coming to work. They all respect each other, get along so well, and are dedicated to their job, all which makes it a really great place to come. Came here because a friend wanted to go. As soon as I walked in, the smell of nail polish/acrylic fumes hit us instantly. The floors were dirty, and if you wanted to pick a gel color, you had to choose a "regular nail polish color," and then they would match it to the real gel bottles on the other side of the salon. Why aren't we allowed to pick from the actual gel colors? I felt rushed and part of my nails weren't actually painted. The woman who was doing my nails started on another woman while I was almost done my gel manicure. I didn't want to go to this location, but only went because of a friend wanted to. My friend even said she was sorry for bringing me. Never again. Please clean the floors and pay attention to your customers. We spend our money for a little pampering and relaxation- we don't want to be rushed and hurried in a dirty environment. read more

This is my favorite spot to get my eyebrows waxed, spa pedicures, and gel manicures. The prices are extremely affordable. I never feel pressured on an upsell. (I always feel that way at other salons and also other salons are not forward about the pricing on the upsell). I highly recommend! read more

I've been a client for about 15 years. I'm very picky about my nails since I work with my hands and I've always received complaints that's my nails are gorgeous. When you walk in the door you are always greeted with a smile. The quality of work is exceptional and the employees take pride in their work. They make you feel welcomed. I have had such a great experience at French Nails. I am a new customer there and every time I have been there all of the girls are very friendly. They have so many colors available in gel and regular polish. The girls seem to really know all of their customers. You definitely have to make an appointment to get anything done because they are usually very busy. The only thing I have not liked was the last time I got my eyebrows done. The girl made them very thin, but I will probably go again but make sure to ask for them to be a little thicker. read more

Disappointed. Was looking for a salon where they would take their time. Each time I go, the tech starts on a new customer before she's finished with me. Also left the sides of my nails unpolished. And both times I asked for a gel manicure, she used regular polish with gel top coat which was all lumpy. And forget trying to get an American manicure, the tech told me they don't have the polish for that because it's out of style . Gave them four tries before moving on. read more

I was very excited to bring my 13 year old for a special treat and use my mani/pedi gift card. When I explained we would split the service my daughter getting the manicure and I would get the pedicure, I was told I would need to pay the full price for these services which added an additional $5.00. I thought, wow what a poor way to do business. It was virtually the same service hours and materials spent if it had been me alone. The service was fine , but nothing exceptional. The decision to charge me the extra $5.00 ensured that I would not be visiting this salon again. Poor business decision!! read more

I wanted to try out a new place that was close to school and i thought this place would be perfect...when i got in there, they laughed at me when i told them what design i wanted. Now i know that having "Starbucks" on my nails is a little crazy, but i thought it was cute and really funny. Im known for having crazy designs on my nails. When the girl was finished, it turned out horrible and nothing like i wanted. They are also wayyyyy over priced for the area especially. They charge for every little thing you want to do. They convinced me to change my color on my nails because it "didnt match". Oh and the whole time, someone was in the back eating what im going to say as 'ethnic food' and it did NOT smell very good. i will never go back to this place ever again. i felt so uncomfortable. read more
