During my second visit, the start of my manicure felt a bit rushed, likely because an appointment was about to come in. It wasn't the tech's fault, but I would've preferred to wait from the beginning. I was then seated in the massage chairs until the next available tech, which I understood given how busy it was for a Friday. Once they were ready, both services were done with care. The pedicure and manicure techs really took their time. I'll continue coming back and making this my regular spot. It's clean, looks newer, is reasonably priced, and overall a solid experience.

Here's why... -There are plenty of polish colors to choose from. -They are efficient, and able to get the job done in a jiffy. -Hydrate with a glass of water (they've got a pitcher of fresh water near the massage area). -You can kick back (literally, there are ottomans) and let those fingers or toes dry in the sunlight near the windows and soak in the scents of lavender and peppermint from the massage therapists. -Sample some of the local cuticle oil or hand lotion near the registers. I wouldn't opt in for a pedicure because there are no foot baths or massage chairs. If I'm going to get a pedi, I want to go all-in!

This shop is a family owned business and not many techs to choose from so you must make an appointment to ensure you are not turned away at the door. However, they do take walk-ins. I can only speak on how well my mani dips come out as I don't do acrylic/gel nails or tips. I've also enjoyed my pedicures there as well but don't expect the best massage you've ever experienced. Overall, friendly and welcoming environment and clean/newly remodeled. If you live on the SW side of Indy, I would definitely try them out.

I could clearly see my natural nail tips through it, and they looked very bad. I again showed the photo of what I had asked for, and the staff doing my nails was upset and didn't understand. Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts. Until recently, I had gone to another salon regularly in Plainfield. When their quality started to decrease, I looked for a new one. Sally Nails is close to my house, so I decided to give them a chance. I called them for an appointment a few hours ahead of time (because I like to wait to the last minute, obviously) and they squeezed me in. I did end up having to wait about a half hour at the salon, but they kept apologizing and engaging with me, letting me know that one of their employees went home sick and they haven't forgotten about me. I had the lady that sits closest to the door. She took her time with my manicure, doing a few extra steps than I'm used to seeing. She was precise with the filing, shaping, and painting. I really appreciated this and was super thankful for her! It was worth the wait! The price was also SUPER reasonable. I will definitely return because this is now my new salon. Highly recommend!!
