During my second visit, the start of my manicure felt a bit rushed, likely because an appointment was about to come in. It wasn't the tech's fault, but I would've preferred to wait from the beginning. I was then seated in the massage chairs until the next available tech, which I understood given how busy it was for a Friday. Once they were ready, both services were done with care. The pedicure and manicure techs really took their time. I'll continue coming back and making this my regular spot. It's clean, looks newer, is reasonably priced, and overall a solid experience.

I was able to make an appt online with a specific nail tech which was so nice and easy :) I chose Lion based off of other reviews - and he was great!!! He's very detailed, clean and precise. He did not rush but was still very quick (just ~1 hour). I personally do my own nails so I'm always looking at shape, size, clean lines/paint - and I was VERY impressed with him. An older man did my pedicure and was so rude! He doesn't need to be doing pedicures at all. He is terrible at them and missed a spot. When I mentioned to him he missed a spot he yelled at me "no". He also left the mask on my legs for too long and so there was residue left on my legs. I did not tip as my experience was terrible and they gave me a dirty look. I will not be returning. My sister got a pedicure done by the lady who started my water for me and she was not satisfied either as the polish was done poorly.

I came in requesting something very simple -- acrylic removal and a basic polish. A kind female employee initially greeted me and directed me to seat 6. Before she could begin, a male technician abruptly stepped in, spoke in a rude tone, and insisted he would take over. The energy immediately shifted. From that point forward, I felt rushed and uncomfortable the entire time. While I was choosing a color, he complained out loud and acted visibly annoyed -- especially when I requested a light grey shade. I was made to feel like selecting a simple color was somehow an inconvenience. The service itself felt careless and incomplete. My nails were not properly filed, no finishing/top coat was applied, and I was told to use a dryer that did not even appear to be functioning. There was no attention to detail, no patience, and no professionalism. Getting your nails done should feel relaxing and enjoyable -- especially as a first-time customer. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. I have never felt so rushed or uncomfortable during such a basic service. This experience was unwelcoming and unprofessional, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously. No client should feel like a burden for asking for the service they are paying for.

I could clearly see my natural nail tips through it, and they looked very bad. I again showed the photo of what I had asked for, and the staff doing my nails was upset and didn't understand. Another staff removed the gel that was done, but was clearly upset and in a rush. When filing down my nails with the machine, he cut into my skin on two nails, causing bleeding and cuts. I chose not to do French nails because I didn't trust them to do it well.

I did end up having to wait about a half hour at the salon, but they kept apologizing and engaging with me, letting me know that one of their employees went home sick and they haven't forgotten about me. I had the lady that sits closest to the door. She took her time with my manicure, doing a few extra steps than I'm used to seeing. She was precise with the filing, shaping, and painting. I really appreciated this and was super thankful for her! It was worth the wait! The price was also SUPER reasonable. I will definitely return because this is now my new salon. Highly recommend!!
