Good selection and friendly staff. However , they have recommended 2 products to me on two separate occasions that I purchased that have either broke or just were not good recommendations. I even have done my own research on these products so it's more the product manufacturers that I have the issue with. I will be making a complaint to the manufacturer but the staff should stop recommending these crappy products because they are expensive and I have to go back yet again because it's the only store near by. Store is way bigger than it seems from the outside and way nicer than you would think. Walked in the door about 10 minutes before they closed for the night and didn't expect much in the way of help but the two young ladies working that night, Chelsea and Ashley, were so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient with me. 5 stars to anyone who will stand up against a snooty, uptight community such as Sun City. I don't get why people are so prudish and in such denial over having an adult novelty store in any town. Who cares if the community is comprised mostly of the elderly? At what age do people stop enjoying the pleasuring of themselves or others? I'd be shocked to find out if there is an age cap. This place is great to come to if you are in need of anything "adult" and their prices are reasonably fair. And the best thing about making purchases there? When you charge it on your credit card, instead of saying something skeezy like their name on your bank statement, it shows up as "MVP Awards, Inc." so no need to worry if your wife catches it, she'll just think you bought someone a very nice trophy! The experience itself is certainly five stars. There were two women working there and I'm sorry that I didn't get their names. They were kind, helpful, respectful, not-judgmental and not pushy. Furthermore, they give you time to think about what you want to buy and never rush one customer because there are others waiting. Bottom line: It's a pleasure to shop here and we will definitely be back again. We do have one issue, however. One of the items that we shopped for was a vibrator. My husband and I had been looking at the Lelo brand of toys and they certainly carried the ones that we were considering. We already knew what they sold for on Amazon, Lelo and other sites before walking in. Great news: Their pricing on Lelo is exactly the same as everywhere else. Bad news: this led us into a false sense of security at checkout. We ended up buying a different brand. We had been looking at two of them at the end and made a choice between them, figuring we'll get the other one when I get tired of my new best friend. I had my husband memorize the name of the other so that we could get it next time. On the way home, he looked it up and found that the price on Amazon was less than half of what we paid. Then for the really bad news... we looked up our purchase. What we paid $110 for sells on Amazon for $45.20!!! Now, because we spent over $150, they gave us a $30 coupon, which takes SOME of the sting out of it, but that was a HUGE difference. I don't expect a retail store, especially one that provides such a wonderful experience, to compete on price with Amazon, but I thought it would be closer.
