They have a nice selection of products. Everything appears to have a decent quality. Huge selection of leggings/fishnets for the ladies or whomever..... There is a sign telling customers not to open product but there was a particular brand that had a flap on the front of the box to open to see the product inside. I didn't know this & took one to the gentleman in the front explaining how it was hard to figure out what some of these items are. He silently opened the flap. I had more questions but he seemed totally uninterested so I left instead. I get not being over bearing with customers in these settings but at least engage when they come to you. read more

However, the trade of is they are INSANELY overpriced. I bought a toy for 40 dollars and some lubricant for 18 and I looked online later for both and the toy was 15 and the lube was 9. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE. First off, the moment I walked in the store, I felt immediately unwelcomed. Right when you enter, to the wall on the left, are security photos of random people, who I assume are past shoplifters. It made the store feel very unsafe and dodgy. The atmosphere was very quiet, like you had to whisper or talk quietly to avoid any kind of awkwardness. All around you are signs that says do not touch or something you cant do. Those signs are always in your face. I understand needing them, but one or two is fine, but not one every two feet. Again, it felt very unwelcoming. They have a decent selection of lingerie and toys, but the price is NOT worth it at all. I found a product, that you can get at Spencers for half the price. Everything is extremely overpriced and definitely not worth it. Sex toys are expensive, yes, but there are places that have the same product for $10-$30 cheaper. Many items and selections to choose from, range of cost although most appear to be quite a bit high on the price, store appears clean and organized, and gentleman who helped me tonight and answered my questions was kind, polite, and knowledgeable about their products. Overall, a positive experience. I would recommend if you have the money to spend. Honestly, I was reluctant to go into this business based on the negative reviews shown here. I did see signs asking people not to remove items from the box or to squeeze them as to damage the item or box and signs requesting customers to ask for assistance if they would like to investigate the items more than just looking or picking up the item... but this is usually for a reason. Stores do get people, without common sense or common etiquette, that damage items without a thought, and some open the boxes to steal the contents. That is the other thing... I did see the photos of people, likely known thieves, up on the walls. This is a deterrent to those thieves coming back and attempting it again. I'm not sure why this is an issue to anyone visiting the store unless they have ulterior motives in mind. It's no big deal if you aren't the person in the photo or if you don't intend on doing anything illegal or detrimental to the business. Lastly, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to pricing. I've been in quite a few adult stores in Orange County, typically a much more pricey area, that have prices significantly less than this store. I have no other complaint and I actually appreciate this business for what they offer. Good products, good quality items but also having a range (so there are cheaper quality items for cheaper prices available), and good customer service. Store has variety which is good but the downfall to this store is they have WAYYYYYYY too many "Do Not" signs. ex. "Do not lean on counter" "Do not push plastic on box" "Do not reach over counter" "Do not try on shoes" "Do not open box, or you will be asked to buy" etc. They don't even let you "open" to smell the massage oils to let you see which fragrance you like which would be fine if they had samples or testers to see if it's too sticky, watery, smelly or if it's something that will suit you and your partner, but they don't even have that. The store makes you feel like a child being reprimanded by parents. Won't be coming here again. read more

I call this visit to this store Penny for your thoughts. I was very disappointed with my visit to the dream box I spent $65 on underwear and mind you the pairs I bought were pretty pricey. I came back the next day to show the employee that items I bought the day before had a hole in one of the pair. I would have brought it back that night but it was close to closing time. She told me that it was in a pair that were made of lace and that is sometimes what happens. Excuse me? So I'm out a pair of panties because I chose lace ? NO I DON'T THINK SO! I told her at that point if this pair fell apart all of the other pairs are probably going to do the same thing so I at that point I asked for a refund! She told me they don't do refunds they can only exchange them.
