They have a ton of common cars in their lot. I drive a Focus, and they have probably over a dozen in their lot. So, this is the first place I go to when I need a new part. Most of the time, they will pull the part for you and have it waiting at the counter. Sometimes, you can just go back in the lot and get the parts yourself. All of their parts are very cheap and functional. I bought two tires/rims for $70, and they've lasted almost a year now. I also bought a $50 alternator and a myriad of other replacement items. Anything you buy comes with a 30-day money back guarantee, which is awesome if you're buying a used electronic part. Their website is pretty good too, and they also sell through eBay and ship the parts. UPDATE: My car died, and they offered me $200 for it. I did a warranty replacement and put another one on. This one lasted about a thousand miles before making noise. Tried to do a warranty replacement on it and they said no. They already replaced it once. So the second junk alternator has no warranty and I'm out $200. Unbelievable. I used to spend a lot of money there. No more. Napa or Advance from now on. Review update: A few days later management got ahold of me and made it right. I suppose I'm satisfied but as the guy said it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
