We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle. No discussion of options to maybe move the car closer to the road or anything. Simply said they wouldn't do it and left. I called Kaleb to ask what happened and he lied. He said we stated the car would be in the driveway, which we absolutely never said. Kaleb and this company are shady and I would not recommend!

I immediately noticed that the brakes were making a loud squealing noise and before I had gone any more than a few blocks i called the dealership. The person on the phone told me they would not allow me to bring the car back in for inspection that day and insisted that a continue to drive a seemingly unsafe vehicle 1.5 hours home and call back on another day to schedule. That would require another 1.5 hour drive back to the dealer for a total driving time of three hours. After a runaround on the phone they finally patched me over to the service department which did not pick up. I left two voicemails and a day later have still not received a call back. I do not feel that my car is safe to drive and I am going to have to take it to another shop to have the issue addressed. I would NEVER recommend BMW Toledo or any Yark dealership to anyone.
