I'm sharing my review to all platforms because had I read this and known how it would be handled, I would never have booked. What I shared on google: TLDR, not luxury, nothing special AND ALL MY NAILS FELL OFF IN TWO DAYS I wanted to wait until I'd had a little time to sit with the experience before writing this review. Turns out I didn't need that long at all! On Saturday 6/27 I spent about $390 on manicures and pedicures for myself, my daughter, and my grandmother. My aunt also got services amounting about $150 or more including tip. I went into it fully aware that this salon charges premium prices. I have absolutely no issue with businesses charging what they believe their services are worth, and I genuinely advocate for people making their money. My disappointment isn't about the cost. It's about what was promised versus what was delivered. I gladly pay for services and am never one to complain about cost unless, of course, the services were either not rendered or are deeply disappointing. The salon seems to market itself as a luxury, upscale, spa like nail experience. When we arrived, we were given a tour of the facility and a detailed explanation of everything that supposedly set them apart. They emphasized their cleanliness, disinfecting procedures, and nontoxic products. I appreciated that there were no chemical smells and that the salon was clean. It was refreshing to walk into a nail salon that smelled more like a hair salon. However, cleanliness isn't what makes something luxurious. In my opinion, properly disinfecting equipment should be the industry standard, not the premium feature. That's the baseline expectation. It felt like being asked to applaud a restaurant for washing its dishes. Because of the way the experience was presented beforehand, I expected something that actually felt elevated. Instead, it felt like a a below average nail salon service with a much higher price tag. Is it the nontoxic materials causing this price hike? I'm unsure. We spent about three hours there. During that entire visit, we weren't even offered a glass of tap water. There were no small hospitality touches that made the experience feel special. If I'm paying luxury spa prices, I expect something beyond the basics. Even my favorite local spa offers drinks and creates an atmosphere that actually feels relaxing and indulgent. As for the services themselves, I received basic Gel X extensions with a single color gel polish. My daughter and grandmother each received regular polish on their nails and toes. No designs, no elaborate nail art, no add ons. The one positive is that they redid my daughter's polish when she didn't like it without any issue, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't consistent across our appointments. One member of our party left with polish all over the skin and visible dead skin and cuticles remaining on both fingers and toes, which was disappointing considering the premium pricing. The salon also advertises a seven day guarantee if something happens to your nails. Initially I thought that was a reassuring policy. Unfortunately, today is Monday after a Saturday appointment, and I've already lost one of my Gel X nails. That changes my perspective on the guarantee because now it feels less like exceptional customer service and more like an acknowledgment that early failures are common enough to expect. For me, this experience simply didn't justify the cost. If I had known the service itself would feel so ordinary, I honestly would have stayed home and done my own nails. I already own Gel X products from Apres, BTArtbox, and Beetles. Or, for the same amount of money, I could have booked an actual spa day complete with massages, drinks, and an atmosphere that matched the price. I'm not saying this salon is bad. It was clean, the products didn't smell harsh, and the staff were pleasant. But if you're advertising a luxury spa experience, the experience itself needs to feel luxurious. In my visit, it simply didn't. Would I return? No. I'm glad we got a girls day together, because that's what made the trip worthwhile. But as far as the salon itself goes, I don't feel the experience lived up to its marketing or its price point. Update! 48 hours later TEN NAILS GONE. NEVER AGAIN. I did NOT ask them to redo my daughter's nails for free. In fact I went to reception to schedule to get them done again with the full expectation of PAYING. This idea that they went above and beyond by repolishing her nails is false and completely deflects from all the other quality issues mentioned. read more

I tried to schedule an appointment but when the system asked me to pay for my service there wasn't a way for me to link the 25% off so I left my house early to get there to finish paying for my appointment. By the time I got there I was told the appointment was taken and that I needed to tell the technician that I had the discount . I'm not sure how I would've been able to complete my appointment scheduling with those instructions and not being able to finish my booking online. I was asked if I wanted to come back a couple of hours later or the next day. Nope, I found a place that was easier across the street for $35 cheaper. read more

My nails and toenails are thin and I wanted a service with "no drills". It was a bit more expensive than the salon I had been frequenting. (They seemed to have a problem when I would ask for them not use the drill) Betsey did my signature pedicure and French manicure. My nails & feet look amazing. I have severe asthma...it was so great to walk in to no chemical smell! My only complaint is the music. Hard core rap and Taylor Swift over and over is not relaxing. Would've preferred classical or relaxing music. I asked Betsey about it and she requested the change but just more of that. read more

You definitely pay more here (like $55 vs. going rate of about $35 for regular pedi) but I can honestly say that it is worth it. I have never had such attention to detail as I did with Saroya. She was m.e.t.i.c.u.l.o.u.s. and I so appreciate her attention to detail. Very thorough and precise in her work. I have given this pedi the rough terrain test in sandals, on the beach, etc. and it is holding up beautifully. The salon was immaculate and comfortable and I would recommend to anyone! read more

I so wish I could give Frenchies 5 stars. It's a beautiful salon and the employees are all so professional and friendly! I got a basic pedicure with a polish upgrade. The nail/manicure & gel polish were great!! The technician explained everything thoroughly & answered any questions. They even told me that they would make any corrections/repairs needed within the first week after my appointment. However, as it turns out, I did need a repair during that first week.... The problem comes in when trying to make an appointment, since they are appointment-based. I ended up having to make a second repair myself because I could not get an appointment to go in within a reasonable amount of time.... And today, I called to make an appointment to go in for a gel mani/pedi. I left a message hours (4 hours) ago & have not yet received a callback..... Other than the difficulty in scheduling appointments (thus a lower rating), they were great! read more

Had My first pedicure here with Allie. This place is SO CLEAN! I love that they do a little tour to show you and tell you about the cleaning process. Allie was super sweet and did a great job with my else then ideal feet. I 10/10 recommend this place. They offered a complimentary lavender neck wrap opened the tools infront of me and explained their cleaning process. I really appreciate how clean it is and how friendly the staff was. It Is appointment only so there's no long wait etc. I will Definitely be back and plan to take my kiddos to get one too, bc it's clean and I won't have to worry if they'll get a fungus. Tried this place again after years because I wanted to try somewhere who wasn't pushy and wouldn't try to upsell me on anything. Nails were good, I can't complain. But I can complain about them pushing me to make follow up appointments, pushing me to look at their retail items and pushing me to sign up for a membership. For as expensive as this place is it's crazy that they try to get you to add on services (like a sugar scrub? Is that a luxury now?) or upcharge you for choosing a specific brand of nail polish. I liked my nail tech, but she cut pretty badly, I had to remin her I had requested the deluxe pedicure as she began to polish my nails without using the hot towels or mask and 2.5 hours later my polish on my left foot was horribly ruined when I put on shoes to go out...the polish was set well. Due to needing an appointment and not being able to control my schedule--it wasn't worth trying to get the damage repaired. I am so impressed with this salon. Clean doesn't even describe the level of sanitation. I was shown all sanitation procedures right away, which was great. It didn't have a salon smell either. It was va very clean and fresh scent. They went above and beyond to keep me comfortable with safety. I am having to quarintine heavily and was very concerned about coming in. They gave me a special time with limited people in, but then when I accidentally missed my time they were able to accommodate same day! Despite my slip up they were super friendly. On top of all that my technician encouraged me to remove my wedding rings, which little did I know had grown too snug. If not for this technician they likely would have had to be cut off in a few weeks. They are great, would definitely recommend. read more

Came in for the first time today and got the deluxe pedicure. I walked in and immediately noticed the lack of chemical odor in the air. I have some issues with breathing and immediately felt comfortable and had no coughing. Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly face at you front desk and she proceeded to give me a tour and it was honestly such an awesome experience. The cleanliness was impeccable and I love the open and airy concept, and above all the lack of dust and chemical odors! My appointment was with Tangy and I absolutely adore her! She was so friendly and personable, honestly your entire staff is and I felt like I was just hanging out with my girl friends! I am so glad you are in this area. I already have my next appointment booked with Tangy because she had my feet so soft and looking flawless. I'm telling everyone I know about this place. The only reason I didn't fully give a 5 star is due to my nail tech who was in the learning stage and she did a few things wrong. I hope my gel polish does not lift. This place was just okay, I was expecting a lot more considering the great reviews. The cleanliness and extra precautions they take for hygiene are fantastic! However, the quality of my mani/pedi could have been better considering the $100 I spent for just a basic spa treatment. Fingernails had gaps in the polish - the technician seemed to be brand new to doing mani/pedis. I could have painted my nails better and not spent that amount of money. The polish started to chip the next day. Also, if you need to get gel polish removed from your nails, please expect to be there a long time! I had the best experience at Frenchies! I called a few weeks before my wedding to make manicure appointments for myself and my 4 bridesmaids. Rona coordinated all of our appointments seamlessly. A few days before our appointment I called again and asked if we could add 4 pedicures to our appointment schedule. Rona immediately got to work and called me back less than an hour later to confirm the manicures and the pedicures. We had an incredible experience the day of our appointments. Rona and her staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. My bridesmaids and I are very COVID conscience and we were blown away by how safe and comfortable we felt. This facility is immaculate. Rona did a great job of explaining their cleaning procedures which made us feel completely at ease. This is a great nail place!! It's smaller and cozy and you feel right at home. It's not tons of noise and conversations going on from one end of the salon to the other. It's very, very relaxing. You must try the Frenchies difference! The moment you walk in, you can tell the CLEAN difference. If it is your first time, you will be given a tour of the salon where they show you how they sanitize and clean all their tools that are used during the services. The products they use on you are all natural and you will be able to feel and smell the difference. I have been four times now. Heather is the technician I see, but each lady there is good. I used to have problems with my hands and feet cracking after going to other establishments, but I have not had these issues since coming here. No, they do not do SNS or Acrylics, but give them a chance and I guarantee you will not need them after a couple of appointments. For the first time ever, I have long natural nails. I get the deluxe gel treatment. I can go up to three week without having to worry about it chipping. You pay more for your services. This is because you are seeing a truly certified technician who is not paid by the customer, but salary. This allows them to take the correct amount of time to insure quality nails and sanitized bowls. Treat yourself to the nails you deserve!!! read more

I wish there were a way to score the facility/people and the service separately. The facility is nice; pretty, inviting, very clean, cleanest nail spa I've ever been to, and the employees are also nice and welcoming but that's where my praise ends. This was actually the worst and most expensive pedicure I've ever received. $45 for a 50-minute pedicure which includes a foot rub- that's not cheap. 21 minutes of my pedicure was my nails drying....and the foot massage you pay extra for was about 1.5 minutes on each foot of the same amount of pressure my 2-year-old niece applies when we play 'nail shop'. I've never received a pedicure in 29 minutes, ever and I wouldn't consider this an actual pedicure either. The nail color was fine but she really didn't do anything except cut and file my nails, nothing was performed that I can't and haven't done on myself at home. I'm going to go to my normal spa so my toes actually look cleaned up not just painted. Extremely disappointed as I wanted to make this my new home given the COVID issues- because again, they are clean but it does no good to visit a clean salon and pay double my normal pricing just to have my toes painted.
