By the time I got there I was told the appointment was taken and that I needed to tell the technician that I had the discount . I'm not sure how I would've been able to complete my appointment scheduling with those instructions and not being able to finish my booking online. Very poor experience. My daughter and I went for pedicures today. Both nail technicians were very…read morerough. My daughter and myself were both cut. Every part of the pedicure was rough and nothing was enjoyable. My nail tech continued to dig her nail into my toe while she painted them, even when I flinched and she asks if it hurt, and I said yes. She continued to tightly hold my toes with her nail digging in, so I just gave up. My daughter was rushed out of chair before toenails were dry and both big toes were completely messed up. We didn't even want to go back in to have them fixed because the experience had already been so terrible. I got gel polish on my toes and this is by far the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. There is polish all over my skin. This salon needs a major cleaning. It was very dirty and cluttered inside.

The ambiance is muted and modern, although the ceiling panels, columns, and drink tray attached to the chair were in desperate need of a cleaning, although in all honesty, the most important thing to be clean in a salon is the tools, and they all looked to be efficiently sanitized.
