Mai has been doing my nails for over a year now and she and the the others do a great job. I first started going here when I lived nearby and continue even though I now have to drive a half an hour to get there!

Staff was nice and offered drinks. Only complaint is they do not cut your cuticles when doing a manicure.

My first time trying Ivy Springs Nails. I had to wait about 10 minutes before my manicure began. Once started, my nail tech paid clear attention to detail ensuring that the shape and cuticles of my nails looked perfect before continuing! I wanted a detailed nail so one nail tech did the base color and another came over to paint the detailing. I appreciated that he chose the best person for the job. It came out exactly as I wanted. My nails "feel" like one of the best manicures I've had. I would definitely go back!

I think this is a new salon next-door to the old one that recently closed in the Robson's Crossing shopping Center. I made an appointment for SNS nails. I typically go to a nail place in Brasselton, but this was close to where I work and I needed to get in and out since it was on my lunch hour. Service was quick, and the guy seemed to know what he was doing. I'm very pleased and I'll come back again when I can't make it to my regular nail place. read more

Henry is the best!! I recently moved to this area from Atlanta and am so glad I gave this place a try! This nail salon isn't the fanciest or the newest, but the talent here is unmatched! Henry was a perfectionist and continuously checked in to make sure I was happy with every detail too. I came here on a whim and now I'm hooked. Tammy took care of me and put a full set of sns on my nails and I got a spa pedi too. I always want her to take care of my nails if she is able but everyone does a great job. Tammy's attention to detail is immaculate. She does an amazing job every time and I will continue to come back for as long as I am near. She is patient, attentive, fun to talk to and overall fantastic at her job. They make sure the place is clean and sanitized after each customer. I always leave satisfied with their work. read more

My usual place is was out of the way for where I needed to be today so I found this one online and decided to give it a try. The place was very clean and tidy. I get ingrown toenails which can be very painful and the bottom of my feet are insanely ticklish. I let my tech know before she started and she did a wonderful job! She was gentle and took her time. The last few places I have visited either rushed, ignored me, or were too loud and obnoxious to relax. Despite being busy when I arrived, it was still very calm and relaxing. I will definitely be back! read more

I came in for a French tip manicure and left out with two fucking fingers bleeding and bandaids covering them . They seemed like they didn't know what they were doing , and proceeded to have an attitude when I didn't want to tip. The only good thing is that I didn't have to pay full price for my nails. Don't recommend at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else read more

Didn't look at the nail polish long enough to know if it was a good selection. A bright pink grabbed my attention right away. The inside of the salon is gorgeous. Clean and aesthetically pleasing. Massage chair is A1! Or as they call it, Deep Massage Machine!! I picked the VIP Pedicure (Jelly + Steaming + Candle + Essential Oil) The jelly is what got my attention. It's like warm apple sauce (maybe not the best description lol) that just hugs your feet and flows through your toes. It thickens as it sits and feels like it almost instantly softens my feet. 10 out of 10. I really love the presentation. The way they put all the items for the pedicure on display when they bring it to the chair feels like luxury. A cute wooden tray that's sectioned off. Filled with candles, flower petals, essential oils, the jelly packs and more. Super cute! Well played friends! After the thickness, a different package is added. It thins the jelly out, adds bubbles. Then she added the flower petals. Did I mention that it smells amazing? Orange scented but just lovely! Also includes honey scrub (don't remember this), dilution mineral, hydration masque, hot towel, hot stone, hot paraffin wax, massage ointment, steaming, essential candle. Hot paraffin wax is one of my favorite parts. Love how the wax changes textures around your feet as it cools. That was until she pulled out the massager! As ticklish as I am, I thought I was about to loose it. But nope, my exact words were "Now that's heavenly". The vibration and the way she worked that thing, was the most pleasant surprise. Maybe I missed it on the description or it's worded as something different. Either way, kuddos. My technician was amazing! Took her time and I was impressed. I believe her name was Becca (please forgive me if I'm wrong). First visit and I look forward to coming back!

My nail tech continued to dig her nail into my toe while she painted them, even when I flinched and she asks if it hurt, and I said yes. She continued to tightly hold my toes with her nail digging in, so I just gave up. My daughter was rushed out of chair before toenails were dry and both big toes were completely messed up. We didn't even want to go back in to have them fixed because the experience had already been so terrible. I got gel polish on my toes and this is by far the worst my nails have ever looked leaving a salon. There is polish all over my skin. This salon needs a major cleaning. It was very dirty and cluttered inside.

I searched several nail salons in the Gainesville area when I moved here. I wasn't satisfied with any of the half dozen I tried. My granddaughter told me I just had to try Ivy Nails in Flowery Branch!! I've been there about six times now and want to tell everyone they are the nicest, most professional techs I've encountered.
