She put me on hold saying SHE would explain to the manager what happened. The manager came on the line for a brief moment, saying she was declining our refund, didn't care we never got the food, and said her decision was final. I would suggest your establishment stop using DoorDash as they do not reflect well on your establishment and don't care about your customers.

There were only two guys running the whole place--taking orders, heating slices, keeping things moving--and they did an incredible job. The line moved fast, the pizza came out great, and both of them stayed positive and friendly the entire time. Huge credit to them for handling everything so well. (I don't get their names, but it was at 2:30PM on 8/31). I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Prescott!

The most AWESOME new local small business!!! I love these people and there fresh hand-made gelato. You want authentic delicious homemade real Italian gelato then Fresca Cafe is the ONLY place to go to sooth that sweet tooth. I personally have been there twice this week and we tried their New York influenced named Panini's the first time in. I got the as I call the "Boogie Down" Bronx and it was fresh and the imported meats and cheeses really set them apart from those "other" sandwich shops. I know my coffee and espresso's having been married to an Italian for 20 years, I ordered the Afogato which comes with a scoop of gelato in it and my GAWD it was to die for. Tonight after we had a horrible dining experience at a local restaurant we decided to visit Fresca's Cafe for dessert to try and to turn our night around. We received our warm welcome right at the door and tonight it was all about Afogato and their delish gelato!!! I seriously can not get enough of it it is soooooo good and they are such a pleasure to sit and talk with, so down to earth its like sitting at Sunday dinner with your Italian family. I stumbled upon Fresca Cafe while visiting my grandmother and let me tell you--it was a game-changer for my Italian food cravings! From the moment I walked in, the warm and cozy atmosphere made me feel like I was dining in a little Italian bistro. So cute and fun! The pizza? Perfection. Thin, crispy crust with just the right amount of chew, loaded with fresh toppings that actually taste like they belong there. The pasta? Handmade, cooked to al dente perfection, and drenched in rich, flavorful sauces that taste like they've been simmering for hours (because they probably have). Oh, and the gelato? A sweet, creamy dream that made me reconsider every other dessert choice in my life. Service was top-tier--friendly, attentive, and you can tell they actually care about making sure you leave happy (and full). Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal or a full Italian feast, Fresca Cafe is the spot. 10/10 recommend. I was blown away by the quality of the meat used in my sandwich. The owner Johnny said that it is shipped in from New York. Very generous with ingredients that make up the meal. LaBruzza's is a hole-in-the-wall family run restaurant that is located in a very unexpected place. I mean if you don't know, you won't know!!! It's off a busy street, but next to a body shop in a not so kept-up parking lot. The outside is nothing to write home about, but the inside is rather quaint and what you would expect from an Italian restaurant (red and white checkered tablecloths, dark lighting, and random autographed photos of previous customers). We were told there is usually a wait, but we happened to go on a good day, because we arrived at 5PM and were seated almost immediately. We were a party of three and were seated at a somewhat tight-fitting booth, but with a little moving of the table, it worked! A house salad with creamy Italian dressing and a small loaf of bread were brought to the table soon after we sat and in addition to the menus, a large whiteboard with daily specials was brought out and placed before us. There were many dishes to choose from, but I think we all made our selections rather quickly. My husband ordered off the specials menu and got the 1/2 Parmesan Chicken and 1/2 ShrimpAlfredo. He really enjoyed both! Our friend who actually reminded us of this place, ordered the Cajun Shrimp. His dish was very well served and looked delicious. He said it was the best meal he has ever eaten at LaBruzza's! As for myself, I had to try the lasagna, which comes served with a meatball on the side, but I always have to try the Italian sausage and so I ordered a side and it actually came with two! I basically ordered way too much food, but it was worth it! My lasagna was so good. The sauce was perfect and the Italian sausages were spicy just how I like them. Unfortunately, I think I was full from the salad and bread alone, but I did get to take home my leftovers for the next day. YUM! The service was quite pleasant. Our server was very attentive and other staff kept our table cleared from dirty dishes and kept water glasses full. It is a very casual place and I imagine it can probably get a bit noisy. We just happened to be there on a non-busy evening (World Cup was on) and noise level was average for the amount of patrons. Prices are pretty average with seafood items being a bit more costly, which is not uncommon. I think the best part is that you can bring your own bottle of wine and they provide the glasses and corkscrew! This is so far the best Italian food that we have had since moving to the area.
