I asked one of the reps and she told me that if the item…read morewas not where she thought she was that they did not have it, i went to the area where she thought the item was and there were none, so I show her the Michaels website showed the item in stock and she said "oh, the website has not updated".... I looked around and another older lady told me where the item was. The First Lady (a younger girl) didn't bother to search the item or even ask to see if the website was wrong, she was more interested in talking to her co-workers than helping me. I HATED this experience. The 3 young people in charge of helping customers did a terrible job and truly did not give a damn about anyone checking out, they just yelled from afar "do you have our reward program?" So tacky and unprofessional. I visited the Ithaca store and about 4:30 and they were working on the entrance to the mall. These 3 people do not deserve a job a Michaels, they do not want their job and just were there being loud and talking to each other without putting any effort in greeting or helping customers... they need to go home. This was a horrible experience that I hope that it never happens again.
