My must grab everytime I go to HEB next door now! I was craving for some plain yogurt one day and decided to try this place since it was hot and humid out, and now I'm in loved. Their plain tart is not too sweet, the tartness gives the right kick on my tongue, very refreshing to eat! Pairing with some fresh fruits makes it more healthier and delightful to snack on. I also tried their pomegranate, the hint of fruit is subtle almost can't taste it, so I still prefer my plain tart. I sampled the chocolate too, it taste more like ice cream than yogurt and the owner tells me it's made of non fat milk, no wonder it's really creamy and rich, taste just like a hot cocoa but iced. Quick service, it's a family owned shop too, love to support small businesses out here. Very cutesy and neat shop, not a lot of seating but definitely cozy for a quick catch up with friends on a hot day. Absolutely love this place! This is my go-to spot when I am craving froyo. The prices are extremely affordable and the quality is consistent, you really can't beat it. They have various flavors and toppings and also offer smoothies if you are in the mood for something different. It is right next to a big HEB so there is a huge parking lot. This is a great grab and go spot for after a grocery run, and there is also a small amount of seating inside if you want to sit and relax. Recommend the plain frozen yogurt with the lychee jelly topping. My friends also tried the mochi, blueberries, & strawberries. My favorite was the lychee jelly with the fruity pebbles cereal. This little yogurt place is located right next to HEB off of I-10 and Bunker Hill. It's a small quaint establishment. We opted for yogurt this go round although they do also offer smoothies, coffee and bubble teas. We got plain vanilla yogurts and customized each according to our choice of toppings. There wasn't a huge amount of topping choices but it was good enough for the space it occupied. They had mini M&M's, walnuts, almond slices, Oreo's, and flavored bubbles (poppers) amongst others. A small size cup ending up being more than enough for me and I even shared with my son. They have a few tables with chairs and bench seating against a wall along with a couple of bar tables paired with some bar stools. Near the entrance sat two faux(?) leather chairs and a bench for extra seating. It's a cozy little place to grab a quick dessert after meals or just to treat yourselves. read more

I do like that they do almond milk substitutions for milk teas but it doesn't taste good. Tapioca Place does a great job on that.

Even though is a frozen yogurt place the best thing of the menu is the boba. It is honestly the best boba I've ever had. The tapioca is plump and sweet. The milk tea is delicious. It's creamy and sweet and I haven't gotten a flavor I didn't like. The also have strawberry and mango popping boba if your not a fan of tapioca. This is a must go to place for all boba lovers. I love this place. All the fro-yo places located in Houston are a bit too far from Memorial, so I was stoked when this place opened up next to H.E.B. The frozen yogurt@Fresco is creamy, fresh, and delicious! My personal favorites are the Green Tea or the Peach. The Blueberry flavor is also recommended if you like the tart taste. The people at Fresco are really nice and give me extra toppings everytime I go. I highly recommend this place. Pros: Good yogurt, inexpensive, nice workers. I usually don't go to yogurt places that are not self-serve, but I'm glad I took this chance cause this is one of the best yogurts I've had. They sell by sizes (5oz, 8oz, etc.), but either the girl really liked me and gave me more or she was new and accidentally gave me like 15oz. But hey, didn't complain :) The yogurt itself was so good I didn't even need any toppings. I got the original tart - very creamy, but not heavy. The tart wasn't too sour nor too sweet, perfect amount of sourness. The texture is soft and not watery, doesn't melt fast. read more

I really liked this place! It hasn't got the same range of flavors as the uber-popular froyo chains, but the flavors they have are UHHHHHMAZING. And same with the toppings - not a lot, but all the important classics are present. It's a teeny tiny little place, so you might want to get your order to-go. There's usually only one person working and it's not self serve so you may need to wait. But it's worth it! You can ask for samples if you're having trouble deciding. I normally shop at the HEB in the same center, but had never bothered to stop into Fresco until recently. Having been initiated to tart frozen yogurt from the likes of Swirl and Berripop, I just wasn't sure whether an Outer Loop establishment could quite live up to the reputation of its ITL cousins. Fresco is a lot smaller than most fro-yo places, which is surprising since its located in the strip mall to end all strip malls. (This pocket of I-10 is someday going to become what Spring Branchers start to call downtown.) I had a small blueberry frozen yogurt with mochi, and the husband ordered the green tea smoothie. Apparently, the green tea smoothie has quite a reputation at this location, and not a good one. According to our cashier, there are, oh, about three people who actually like the flavor. She was so worried about whether the smoothie would be acceptable, she offered to make one and if my husband didn't like it, she would make something else free of charge. I'm not sure what people expect when they get a green tea smoothie, but the version at Fresco tastes like, well, green tea. It has a faintly grassy taste, so if you are expecting a slushie version of Lipton's bottled green tea and honey, you will be sorely disappointed. It's not for me, but my husband didn't return it. Although, I'm still not sure whether he liked it, or whether he drank it out of the macho pride required to drink what you order and like it. As for me, the small yogurt is about the size of Shaq's fist. It's a HUGE portion. The yogurt is tart, but has a somewhat powdery texture, which was a little disappointing. The mochi on the other hand was supple and delicate; I really would prefer it if I could just have a serving of mochi with a little bit of yogurt on top instead. The toppings offered at Fresco are otherwise mundane, and trapped behind glass. I think there is more variety possibly than at Berripop, but in general, I really like the serve-yourself action at Swirl. Fresco is an acceptable substitute when venturing outside 610, but trust me, no one is going to make a special trip out here. read more

There is not a whole lot of variety...usually just six flavors, but what they have is fantastic. I would highly, highly suggest the coconut yogurt with M&Ms sprinkled on top. Even if you don't like coconut, you will love the subtle flavors of coconut in this yogurt. It's soft and creamy and always a good way to end my trip to the HEB next door. Also, for two people, get the medium sized cup and save yourself money. Getting two smalls is more expensive and the medium yogurt has just as much goodness. Seriously, try the coconut.
