I also love that they rotate in seasonal flavors, so there's always something new to try. One of the best parts of visiting is the smell of the fresh waffle cones being made. The aroma fills the entire shop and makes it hard to resist adding one to your order, but if you order a cup, you get a dipper piece! Unfortunately, the service was a little disappointing during my most recent visit. I've also been fortunate to find street parking nearby as well. The staff is friendly and they'll call you over to a certain section to expedite the line. You can sample however many flavors you want. I personally love the brambleberry crisp. I can't seem to change my favorite even after sampling all the others. Opt for the waffle cone if you love waffle cones. A little on the sweet side, but totally worth it. Seating inside is limited to a large rectangular table (possibly for 8 people?) and a few round tables that would probably seat 4-6 people each. I seem to call it the " cozy vibes corner" you can walk the area while you eat your ice cream, sit outside in there bright colored cool chairs or inside where there is plenty of seating! I'm so glad they have the set hours for opening and closing it really gives you time to decide whether you want to have ice cream for lunch or a late night craving lol! I usually feel like it's a late night craving for me! The service is just ok! The workers sometimes they friendly depending on the day! I notice plenty of customers wanted to have access to the water pitcher but it was empty! The tables were never cleaned! I just personally clean mine with Clorox personal wipes. You walk in, and the vibe is just clean. No sticky tables here! They also have ice creams in pints to go. It seems that they change flavors but also they have the OG flavors. There are three stations with three workers with same flavors. Limited flavors but still very much good. I've got their coffee ice cream and mint chocolate chip! However, when we arrived 30m before closing (at 1130pm), were literally scowled at by the most disinterested employee ever. He let us know that there were limited tasting spoons even before we reached the counter, asked his counterparts loudly on how much time was left to close the shop as we were sampling and told a different customer that they removed water cups as they are close to shutting down. Left us feeling weird and discouraged as we ordered and got three different ice creams. The flavors were awesome, cheaper and fresh compared to the pints that we used to get at Whole Foods back home. 5* for the ice cream, 0* for service. I came here for some nice refreshing ice cream after a walk on the Heights trail. Tried both the lemon blueberry and dark chocolate ice cream flavors, both of which I liked very much. The blueberry flavor was my favorite, it reminded me of a blueberry pie with added lemon flavor. Minus one star for the service and the cleanliness- the tables had not been wiped in awhile and there was trash on one of them. We also had to wait in line for over a half hour and it was because they didn't have enough workers to assist customers. If they had had more people I think the line would have gone a lot faster. I do like that they serve little triangles of waffle cone with the flight- it's a nice touch that elevates the experience. All the flavors we tried were amazing for the most part. I'm just waiting for Jeni's to open in New York! Jeni's is my favorite ice cream of all time. I love it more than any other ice cream I've tried in my life. There's something about it - it's super dense and firm, and as it melts it becomes more milky than frothy (soft, frothy ice cream feels ick to me). My all time favorite ice cream EVER is the seasonal white chocolate peppermint. Truly perfect pink peppermint ice cream that is just the best thing I've ever eaten. My second favorite Jeni's flavor is blackout chocolate cake. My biggest gripe with this location is that they only serve the "Texas sheet cake" which is basically just a less delicious, dairy free version of the blackout.
