Avoid this place!!!! I was referred to this location and was treated pleasant by the receptionist. Unfortunately a white patient came in and was treated extremely rude before saying anything. I thought maybe they had some issues in the past, but then it happened to a second one. Last but not least a very nice polite young man arrived to do what clearly seemed to be some scheduled work at the location. He was told he was at the wrong location. He made a call and confirmed the location and stated that he had proof of the work to be done. With a nasty attitude he was told "well I can tell you you won't be doing any work goodbye". He went outside and returned and said that he was having their branch manager come down and that he would take lunch and return. He was told take lunch and don't return. When he other man arrived he was treated beyond terribly despite showing proof of a signed contract. He claimed that they had signed the contract and had ordered thousands of dollars worth of materials. The receptionist replied with a laugh" ha well that's not our problem". The problem does not end there. The receptionist was also working with patients and she was not changing her gloves and mask between them and she would come out with the mask pulled down to her chin if removed at all and talk to incoming patients and typing on the computer wearing the same gloves. In addition she was eating while wearing them and it just seemed very unsanitary. This is 2017 there is no room for bigotry toward anyone. Even if this is not race related which I with my hand to God believe it is kidney patients have enough problems to deal with they do not need to be treated this way. And I'm sure if this is the culture at the front desk I'm sure they are discriminated against when receiving medical attention as well. Several staff members witnessing this and they all did nothing. This tells me it is part of the culture. I will be changing my care provider immediately read more
