Poor customer service, does not show up. John came out to do estimate, he sent it to me, prices were fair. I signed the contract and sent it back. I did ask a few questions just before I signed the contract. Then nothing. I emailed him on Sept 11th asking when they would come out, his response was " we have you on the schedule this week and the shrubbery next week.someone did come out and left almost right after, then nothing, no calls, emails etc. I emailed once more and then got ghosted. John from Fresh Cut came out and gave a quote for some yard cleanup and landscaping. His quote for the landscaping was very high but his price for yard cleanup was reasonable so I hired him. He arrived an hour late and did less than half the work he was supposed to and left. I called him later that day and he was very rude on the phone, and even accused me of ripping him off because I "obviously needed the money".
