Wow. In town for the first time visiting family. I was very skeptic about getting a haircut and beardtrim as its. I also wasn't the best customer. I had just got out of the gym, was sweaty and didn't have an appointment. I have a long beard and it was dry. I was lucky in that my barber Hamid's appointment was late and he was able to fit me in quick. Best haircut of my life. Epic beard trim. I was just in Connecticut for work, went to one of the "best shops" in Connecticut. Omid's line work was ten times better than the guy in Connecticut. I've been going to Omid for the last 7-8 months, he has never disappointed!!! He is very professional, and he is quick. He also doesn't dig into your head knocking it around when he's fading. I was expecting a lot since they told me a lot about this place. Got there and they attended me pretty quickly. My barber was Lamar. He was watching a movie on the TV the whole time he was cutting my hair. Didn't cut almost anything from the top which I specifically told him to. This crappy cut was 25 Dollars. I definitely saw some good barbers over there and thought I was getting one too. Totally do not recommend coming here. Unprofessional barber that attended me and high prices. Dy did a great job on my son's hair. I was nervous about trying a new place, but this place really surprised me. I was happy to find a shop like this in St. Charles. They worked us in quickly without an appointment (even though they were extremely busy). More professional than some other shops. Dy took her time with his cut too. It's sad when an otherwise great place I brought down with one experience. I went in with 6 inches of hair asking for a trim and clean up of my dad and left with less than 1 inch of uneven hair. Mind you, the stylist wouldn't take payment. The hair isn't what made me the angriest. It was the fact that I asked several times if she was ok with just taking a little off the top and she said yes. Possibly one of the worst hair cuts I have ever had. The barber (joe?) was moving so fast cutting my hair he left many stray hairs in the fade. Then whenever he was trying to blend my hair he cut my left side bangs back way too far and there was nothing do from there other than wait for my hair to grow back... I ended up going back home and cutting my hair myself. Overall try to get an appoint with the the shop brothers otherwise there is no point in going to this barbershop and paying $25 for a haircut worse than what you could get at a great clips.
