I've been coming to this office for years and always kept up with my six-month checkups. In January of last year, I was told I had two cavities-- one on my back right molar and one on the tooth in front of it. They only filled the tooth in front of the molar, even though I asked about both teeth. Now that back molar has progressed to the point where I need a root canal, which I'll have to pay for out of pocket. The dentist also told me I needed my wisdom tooth removed because it would interfere with the root canal. I wasn't convinced, so I got a second opinion from another dentist, who told me my wisdom tooth did not need to be removed. I also felt the price they quoted for the root canal was much higher than other offices I contacted. In addition, my sister had a root canal done at this office and continued to have severe pain afterward. She was later told by another dentist that the root canal had not been completed properly, and the tooth ultimately had to be extracted. A friend of mine had a very similar experience. After continuing to have pain following a root canal at this office, another dentist told him the root canal had not been fully completed, and he was also told the tooth now needs to be extracted. The previous owners provided much better care. Since the ownership changed, my family's experiences have been very disappointing. I would not return or recommend this office. After my family and multiple close people also had the same experience I think it's fair to say this dentist is a scam and all they care about is getting money. SAVE THE PAIN AND MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!! Update: They had the front desk lady Leslie write a fake review for the company. Sure, the front desk and initial visit feel overly welcoming, but that quickly fades once you're actually in the chair. The quality of care during treatment is completely different; rushed, inattentive, and honestly frustrating. There's a clear disconnect between how they present themselves upfront and how things actually run behind the scenes. Another huge red flag is how often the staff changes. Every time I've been there, it feels like there's a whole new team. That kind of turnover says a lot, and it definitely affects the consistency of care. The doctor herself is very avoidant. It's hard to get direct answers or feel like your concerns are being taken seriously. On top of that, not even wearing loupes during procedures feels unprofessional and careless & especially in a setting where precision matters. On top of everything, the office itself is noticeably dirty. It doesn't feel clean or well-maintained, which is the last thing you want in a medical or dental setting. Much better than typing into your phone. What wasnt super cool was the feeling that my insurance was a free ticket to rack up all the possible covered charges from GO. I had a full set of xrays in an online storage folder from December I didnt need more in March... without asking they had planned a whole slew of diagnostics... when I just asked for/wanted a exam, pocket check, and perio (cleaning)... I also had bitewings from a Perio Consult in January. The last straw was being told that the staff spend 2-3 hours checking my insurance coverage to make sure all these things were covered... when I asked why they were so sure it was available... note their papers have you explicitly sign-off that services may not be covered by insurance so thats kinda the opposite. Just overall money grab vibes. Eeeek. Not feeling this would be a place with quality care. I went to the legit place that did the perio consult in Jan for the cleaning and wow... they're good

The entire work took years, longer than expected or was predicted, but is worth waiting for. A prosthodontist, Dr. Patel excels at her work, and her well trained assistants do some procedures. Everyone was attentive to details and my acute sensitivity to pain and discomfort, even with my OTC pain relievers. Dr. Patel discourages talk while she works and in surgery you may sit for long periods without breaks. She clearly explained all the work that was done. Her friendly assistants include Rosie, Juanita, Venita and Naimee, who welcomed me. The clinic is spotless, though not a spa. Implants are expensive and it cost me a huge amount (with almost no insurance). After all is said and done, I am happy to recommend Best Dental Spa.

Dr. Amante himself was outstanding. I had three very small fillings in my top and bottom molars, and the entire process was shockingly easy. No shots -- just a gel -- no pain at all, and he was in and out in about 10 minutes. His efficiency and confidence immediately put me at ease, and the work was flawless. What really sets Dr. Amante apart is his level of training and credentials. He is a MAGD (Master of the Academy of General Dentistry), which is a distinction earned by a very small percentage of dentists, and it shows in his precision, conservative approach, and overall care. I've been seeing Dr. Thomas for all of my dental needs ranging from regular checkups and minor dental work to Invisalign and more robust dentistry. He is a perfectionist, which I appreciate, because my smile has never looked better. I've also seen several dental hygienists, who have done a great job and are very thorough. I am always treated very well by the office staff as well, and am remembered by name, which is another rarity. I've referred several friends to this practice and have been pleased to hear that they have also loved their experience.

I have previous medical conditions, which I am very knowledgable about. I advocate for my body & what is best for my dental health. Here, nothing is presented as a choice. You are TOLD that they will be doing x, y, z. Putting anxious or less knowledgable patients in a very uncomfortable position. No matter what, you will need a "deep cleaning" not covered by insurance. In my boyfriends case, they supposedly did the unnecessary "deep cleaning" & then proceeded to charge both him personally AND his insurance for those costs under slightly different titles. During my hour & a half visit I did not receive any services other than xrays, which I had to ask comprehensive questions about & check with my insurance before okaying. They were, again, not presented as an optional service. They refused to provide even a typical cleaning when I declined their bullshit "deep cleaning". The Dentist was sent in to lecture me about needing the "deep cleaning", gave more excuses, did not take a single look inside my mouth & then SURPRISE SURPRISE they tried to bill my insurance for a "Comprehensive Periodontal Oral Evaluation". Which would prevent me from actually receiving those services at my future dental office. Scam artists do not appreciate educated individuals. Do. Not. Go. Here. Unless you enjoy having your mouth fuc*** up & your money stolen. Then, by all means, this is the place for you! Will be filing a two complaints with our insurance company as well.
