But most higher end duck fats are pricey. They offer an entire wall of BBQ grilling products including huge bags of pellets, charcoal and even flavoring salts. The Beefy's Own Tallow Potato Chips had a cool label but at a hefty $12.00 price point per 5 oz bag, I just could not buy it. You can call them with any questions, they are very helpful. Whenever I make a pastrami, I get it from Meat N' Bone. It is not a cut of meat that's easy to find, at least in my experience, and theirs is great quality and it always comes out amazing. I hosted for my family a "pre-Thanksgiving" dinner the week before TG and ordered 4 cuts of beef (plenty for 4 people). It was delivered right on time on the day I requested, so easy and dependable. I let them thaw over night and them added a bit of oil, salt and pepper to marinade for about 4 hours, I wanted us to try different cuts and ratings so I got a few wagyu 6s and wagyu - angus cuts including a rib eye, sirloin, and two filet mignons. They were all a huge hit - everyone loved them!

Well, I was obviously duped and Javier was a mere outgoing employee, but the man I was speaking with today is named Mel who vehemently advised that he is the actual Owner.
