The texture, temperature, and flavor are all excellent. I upgraded a couple orders of fries and I'm not sure the amount of cheese, bacon, and grilled onions was enough to warrant the fee associated with the upgrade. The fries themselves are satisfying enough in my opinion. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The place is decorated kind of like a cross between Five Guys and In-N-Out.
