The taste is ok. They're very healthy food options, which I love. I like the casual vibes here but I am not obsessed.

Staff was very helpful to us, a large group that had not dined here before. It's a great place for a large party because each person goes through the line, orders, and pays separately. Prices are very reasonable. There was plenty of seating on a Saturday evening. The concept of tossing several items into a bowl isn't my idea of fine dining. As for food, vegetables are good and uncommon for fast food restaurants but meat portions were very small and upcharge for steak was quite expensive for the small serving. Tap water is warm. Employees wear shirts "Don't FK With Me" which they evidently think is clever but not something I'd prefer not to explain to my children. Poor customer service. Refused to put bases into a separate bowl. I pointed out I had 2 toddlers to feed so I needed that to feed them. Refused. Owner emphasized that it is a problem when things get busy even though he admitted the place not busy then and not clear how difficult that is, considering any other restaurant would gladly accommodate such a basic request. read more

Well, July 3rd at 7:30m we decided to walk in and check this out. With so so many good restaurants in this area such as Lee Roy Selmon's, we were sure this would be good. We walked in with no one in line and walked up to the food counter to see the food. We had to ask how you order, one thing it's too confusing. 2nd of all with people now behind us we were rushed listening to the server explain the ordering guide. Really? Menu says steak, no steak. They said kale and I knew this is not the place for me. Everything was okay but the carbs killed me because the dishes all included rice. Rice is well over 30 grams of carbs in one cup, you get two choices and this now means 60 grams of carbs. BS, really ticked me off. I should've just ate an entire pizza. Hated this place. All kinds of weird drinks and weird sodas and weird people eating inside. Oh well, tried it and hated it. Walked next door to Eats something and again, weird food diner stuff. I had lunch at Fresh Kitchen on opening day. As soon as we walked in a staff member greeted us and explained how to order. I had a tofu bowl and my Mom had a baked chicken bowl. I loved how everything on the menu is customizable and healthy! Even the rice crispy dessert was delicious and low calorie! I highly recommend any of the Ciccio's group restaurants. Absolutely love this place for lunch! There food is very fresh and full of flavor. The staff is always very friendly as well and I love the interior of the restaurant. You can choose from a four bowl or 6 bowl. A six bowl is what I usually get and it comes with 2 bases,2 greens and 2 proteins. I am in love with the sweet potato mash and sweet potato noodles. There citrus chicken and bbq chicken are delicious proteins. I recommend the coconut siracha sauce or the creamy white ginger. I'm in town for work and decided to give this place a try. I'm always looking for a healthier options when I travel and this was a great choice. The food was unique and really tasty. Loved the atmosphere and the people working here were extremely nice. We'd been living on takeout waiting to move into our new home I found myself craving a vegetable that was not deep fried. We stumbled upon Fresh Kitchen (thanks Yelp!) while wandering the UTC plaza. The menu gives you a ton of options- you can build bowls on a variety of greens, rice, quinoa, mashed sweet potatoes and add veggies, proteins, and a sauce. I love that they have a poke option which is hard to find and everything I've had so far has been great. The stand out for me has been the Turmeric cauliflower which I have actually started craving (something I never thought was possible) They also have a nice variety of cold pressed juices in a cold case and high chairs available for those who want to eat healthy with their babes in tow. This is my new favorite restaurant. I just discovered it and I'm happy that I did. The food taste like the food I prepare at home. I love the fact that it's gluten-free and you can select from an assortment to create your own combination of vegetables, proteins and "base" foods, like quinoa or gluten free noodles or kale salad, etc. I got the cucumber ginger lemonade with my meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness, unlike most places that put way too much sugar in their drinks. read more

Fast healthy food! I always go for the 4 bowl that includes two bases, 1 vegetable and 1 meat. The bases that I always get are the sweet potato noodles and the kale. Both equally delicious. I love their brussel sprouts and mushrooms. The seasoning for both is on point. For the meats I really like the tuna poke, the almond baked chicken, and the pork. The bowl also comes with a free sauce. I recommend the holy kale and coconut sriracha. I have yet to try their drinks but assume they are delicious as well. If you need something quick coming from the gym across the street, go to fresh kitchen to get the protein and carbs you need. read more

Yeah! I really love they are gluten, grain (and I hope soy) Free. Kudos to this restaurant for cooking natural, but great tasty dishes!! My only dislike was the menu said romaine lettuce and they were serving mixed greens (which were a bit brown & wilting). Other than that I will return. read more

The best way for me to describe it is imagine chipotle but with much healthier options. Including no white rice, no tortillas, or cheeses, or sour cream. Basically the only thing not vegetarian are couple of the protein choices. Now I am basically a carnivore almost all my meals have meat in them of some kind. So I was a little apprehensive when my wife's aunt suggested this place, but I figured I would try it. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I did brown rice with mushrooms and steak with a sriracha coconut sauce. It was delicious the steak and mushrooms were well seasoned and the sriracha coconut sauce was full of flavor but not super hot like regular straight Sriracha. I almost got the Parmesan broccoli but passed on it since I really like mushrooms but my wife got them in her broth bowl and it was very tasty not bland and flavorless. Her broth bowl was very tasty I'm assuming it was vegetable broth. She added green beans, broccoli, chicken and sweet potato noodles. The chicken was a little dry but that's ok most boneless skinless chicken breasts are. I would definitely try this place again and maybe try and switch it up a little more next time. We are visiting in Bradenton and were looking for a healthy food option for lunch. The food we ordered at Fresh Kitchen was THE BEST FOOD we have eaten out in a very long time! It was like heaven knowing EVERYTHING offered on the menu is gluten free!!! Two of the three of us need to eat gluten free, so it was a blessing not to have to overquestion the staff to find out a hand full of options we could safely eat. The tasty desserts, which are made fresh daily, were delicious and an additional gluten free bonus. Speaking of the staff, everyone who served us was joyful, upbeat and patient while explaining the ordering process to us . My two girlfriends and I ordered different meals and all of us could do nothing but rave about each bite, LOL. We ordered the large bowls; the servings were generous enough that we took half of the bowl home and enjoyed it a second time along with the leftover desserts. Another important benefit of the Fresh Kitchen menu is that it is oh so healthy for us!!! The ingredients were so fresh and there were many different choices. The recipes they use in all their proteins, vegetables, side options and bases make your tastebuds dance with joy! I asked the young man at the register to please pass on that we would love to have a Fresh Kitchen in Blaine MN. That would be delightful! The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is not very clear for a new guest as to what combinations you should add in your bowl.
