Our Alaskan Klee Kai absolutely…read moreloves going there for daycare and always comes home happy, tired, and excited for her next visit. The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

It is easy to book your stays through the app and everything has ran smoothly for my experience so far. They require all records prior to your first stay to make sure the dogs are up to date on vaccinations, etc. There are also a number of enrichments offered at an extra cost to entertain your pup, and on certain days of the week they have specialty enrichments. On my pup's last stay we ordered a pup cup and I did not expect to receive pictures in email of her enjoying it. That made my day. There are always cameras available to check in on your doggy to make you feel at ease. My pup is always excited and always playing during her stays and she is excited to go in when we arrive, she isn't even worried about me heading off and she's still happy when we come back for her. Then there is the additional perk of your pup being wiped out for a nice portion of the day when you return. Thank you Camp Bow Wow and especially for having staff around at all times, and for making it possible to take trips with ease knowing our pup will be taken care of.

Mind you we have not rescued many but enough to know they need special care and Camp Bow Wow has done such a beautiful job of loving our babies and helping them to feel safe, which gives us peace of mind. When brought our current dog home about six months ago, we gave her a bit of time and then introduced her to Camp Bow Wow. It has been such a help to help socialize her around dogs and people and now she gets so excited when we bring her in. She has learned to interact with other dogs and with people, play until her heart's content and take breaks when she needs to. She always comes home tiered in the best way. Thank you for taking care of our babies Camp Bow Wow!

Her trainer, Noel, was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with working breeds like German Shepherds. When Mataya came home, the difference was incredible. She is much more obedient, focused, and well-mannered. You can tell that Noel really took the time to work with her and build a solid foundation. I highly recommend Hudson's Canine Kennels to anyone looking for quality training. We are so pleased with Mataya's progress and grateful for the excellent care and dedication she received.

I am not one to write a review whether my experience was positive or negative, but I had to let…read moreother pet owners know. We trusted Hudson Training Facility with our dog, Blaze, and unfortunately our experience ended in a way no pet owner should have to go through. Before dropping Blaze off for a two-week board and train, I had met with Noel and specifically informed him that Blaze had previously broken his front leg. He had fully recovered and been cleared by the vet, but I wanted them to be aware of his history. He informed me he would keep an eye on him and make sure he did not do any strenuous training with him. During the first week, I received videos and updates showing his progress. Then I received a call from Noel telling me there had been an incident and that Blaze was not putting weight on his leg. When I arrived, I was told that Blaze had fallen off the grooming table while Noel had reached down to grab something from the floor. The whole story just sounded fishy to be honest. The fall resulted in Blaze breaking his leg in two places. Joseph (owner) sent me to the vet that they deal with and their doctor told me the break was too severe for his expertise and that Blaze needed a specialist. The vet I went to later explained that the severity of the injury was consistent with the height of the fall. What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled afterward. The owner initially downplayed the injury and said it was probably just a sprain and had the nerve to remind me about the liability waiver that I signed that waives ordinary negligence before we even knew the full extent of the injury. He even mentioned not going through insurance. What the contract does not waive is gross negligence, which is exactly what occured. Joseph ended up going through his insurance but I ultimately had to pay nearly $12,000 upfront for Blaze's surgery and treatment. I could not receive the settlement until Blaze was fully cleared which lasted months. That financial burden was incredibly stressful and could have been devastating for many families. I also requested an injury report and a written statement explaining exactly what happened, but I never received either. To this day, I still do not know exactly what happened. To top it off, when I picked Blaze up, he was dirty, his paws were dry, his nose was chapped, and he looked poorly cared for compared to when I dropped him off. Accidents can happen, but this felt preventable, especially if you are a professional training facility. The lack of accountability, communication, and documentation, is why I cannot recommend Hudson Canine Kennels to other pet owners.

We don't send our baby many places without us, but we felt like she needed some dog play time and a little adventure. They picked her up right from our house, and the bus was so clean and honestly the cutest thing ever. They even sent photos of her sitting on the bus, which immediately made us feel better. Anytime I texted with questions, they responded quickly and were very kind. They also kept us updated about when she would be dropped off and gave us a little overview of how her day went. Later that night, they sent an entire album with hundreds of pictures from their adventures. Every single dog looked like they were having the best time! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our baby. We will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend Comfy Home Dog Boarding to anyone -- especially crazy, overprotective dog parents like us!

I actually hadn't realized that Disneyland discontinued their kennel service during Covid. Our fur babies are quite spoiled, and not used to being left anywhere. They were incredibly responsive, and managed to accommodate our constantly changing schedule. Super friendly, and sent check-in on the pups throughout the day. Our babies were clearly made to feel safe and comfortable, and given lots of love and attention. Everything I could possibly hope for and more. I highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking for pet care needs in the area!

Dave helped us with methods on how to help handle Knox's excitement when new people come into the house and to keep him calm when he sees dogs on walks and some things in-between, providing step-by-step instructions for ways we can work with him to get him to those calm places.
