Being in charge of the sweatshirt your colleagues are (hopefully!) going to wear for the next year is a special kind of stress. Fortunately, Fresh Prints (represented by Somya Khanna) was there to help literally every step of the way. Here's what they did, in order: 1. Provided a list of products that might suit our needs, as well as price points for every combination of colors used, quantities purchased and location of designs. This was especially helpful because I had no idea what I wanted at that juncture. Notably, their eighteen-unit minimum for sweatshirts was lower than other options I'd explored, and was perfect for our smaller headcount. They were even able to accommodate a different base color for each person! 2. Related to the above point, they patiently created endless mockups as I waffled between the opinions and designs suggested by my coworkers. Additionally, they were able to modify the logos I'd sent in when I wasn't able to figure out how to get the text to be transparent. 3. Worked with me to put together a distribution plan, including figuring out the variations for Californian taxes, which apparently varies by ZIP code. That they were able to take care of the shipping to my coworkers who were distributed across the country was a godsend, as it saved me the trouble of having to be an impromptu logistics/distribution center. 4. Communicated clearly and promptly the entire way through, such that I never felt crushed by deadlines, which they were also able to extend when I realized that my cat-herding endeavors would take longer than initially expected. i was paired with Mark Hamilton for a small order of of merchandise for my school's a cappella group! At first I submitted a proof for crew necks but then the group decided that we wanted to do shirts instead. Mark was very flexible with this, making this switch up with ease and in a timely manner. My group was between two colors and, without asking him to do so, Mark easily made the "prototype" preview of each color so we could see both! His generosity, however, did not end there. I had a bit of confusion as to if the $50 coupon applied to my order. Mark notified me that it did not, but out of the kindness of his heart offered to give up the $50 of his commissions on the order in order to apply it for us. We did not accept that because it's not fair to him, but it really shows you the type of caring, generous, and helpful person Mark is! Absolutely great experience! Many things about the process that made the process very quick, simple, and easy! Just to name a few: - Every email/message that we sent received a response immediately as long as it was during their business hours. They always responded in timely fashion and made the process very quick! - Our shirt design went through multiple design changes, but they were very patient and supportive through every change and gladly helped us until we got exactly what we desired! - We ordered a little later than expected so we were at risk of not getting our shirts before the desired date, but they were able to understand the situation and help assure we got them in time. - The payment does not need to be made right when you purchase, and you have time to collect money even after the shirts arrive. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this has been a frustrating and confusing experience. I was trying to schedule a meeting with Fresh Prints on behalf of my fraternity. At first, everything seemed fine. I showed up to our scheduled meeting, but no one else did. After waiting 20 minutes, I received a text later that day saying there was a scheduling error. I understood--mistakes happen--so we rescheduled for two days later. However, on the day of the rescheduled meeting, I opened my inbox to find eight new emails, including one saying the meeting had been moved a day earlier--without any prior notice. On top of that, I received six different emails giving four different times for the meeting. I'm really surprised that a company that presents itself as so organized could struggle this much with simply scheduling a meeting. Fresh Prints makes the hell-bent world of shopping online for custom items easy! Their customer service is personal, timely, and wonderful. We have worked with Anagha for a few orders now, and we could not imagine working without her. She allows us to work within our budget, is timely, and really cares about getting it right (yes, even when we send a million designs for mockups). The customer service is so great, we cannot thank the team (especially Anagha) enough for all of their hard work and kindness. The quality of the products are better than anything on the market. Hand-drawn design? they print it well! Complicated, colorful graphic? they nail it! We would not go for another company for our printing needs. They do not play around with shipping or set-up fees, the marginal cost of each item is the full package, which is greatly appreciated. read more

Let me just say that this is such a great company to be a Campus Manager for. They really care about their CM's professional development by working closely with each CM to make the most out of their experience in terms of time management, sales goals, and client acquisition. If you are looking to become a CM, don't be anxious about going into the job without any previous knowledge about building (basically) your own company on campus because their online training program covers all the bases to make you feel prepared going into your first attempt at 1) acquiring clients, 2) working with the client to find the apparel they want, and 3) completing all the logistics of the order/ completing the order. In the past i have worked with "customink" for designing and printing shirts but due to slowness in shipping and price increase I decided to take a chance and try a different company. And im so glad I did. Not only was the website easier to use formatting wise for the shirts but also, the customer service is amazing. They assign you an agent to help oversee and troubleshoot any issues you may have. I was assigned Swagata and they were so nice and walked me through some questions I had through really quick responses. I love how attentive Swagata was and when I was stuck between colors, she helped me decide on the color i felt best matched the design. I'm part of a business fraternity at the University of Pennsylvania and this was my first time working with Freshprints! My campus rep was Ishika and she was absolutely amazing -- responded so quick, sent multiple proofs and worked around pricing. The turnaround time was a lot quicker than I expected, proofs were sent within 48 hours, the order form was open for two weeks and orders were shipped right after. They also delivered a week earlier than I needed, so that was even better! I love freshprints over other merch companies because they allow for people to pay individually instead of one person putting down the payment and then collecting money after (saves a lot of confusion and money). WOW! Incredible service, even more incredible results!! As someone who is extremely nitpicky when it comes to designing merch, I was overjoyed to find a team that would work with me for weeks on end to achieve a perfect product. Such a great apparel company! They are super easy to communicate with, always get back as soon as possible, and have such quick turnaround times after placing an order! We placed an order for a family vacation last summer, and they figured out a way to accommodate both children/adult sizes under the same price point even though we were only ordering a few children shirts (these require a completely different screen print to be developed because of the different size of the shirt) - AND we got like 6 extra shirts in the delivery. Ishwar was extremely helpful in putting together a 120 person merch run! The design had 5 different colors and we had several iterations of proofs -- despite the constant requests for minor fixes to the design, the team was super accommodating and happy to help! 10 different colored shirts were ordered in the end and I couldn't be more excited to get them! For an idea of time scale, it took about a week or two to put this merch run together. Communication was through whatever was most convenient for me: through text, email, phone calls, and even a final Google Meets! We will heavily consider using FreshPrints again because of how great their customer service was. read more

Each time the process has been seamless. For my first order, Fresh Prints sent samples of different tee shirt options which was so helpful because it's hard to get a sense for the fit and material online.
