If I could rate less than this I would. I'm not sure why this company has so many positive reviews but I would pay attention to the ones that have one star rating, because I had the exact same experience. They never answer the phone no matter the time of day. If I'm paying for a service, the company needs to answer the phone. They wanted all of the money upfront and never answered the phone, you do the math. They were very rude via email. I would take your business elsewhere because I'm not convinced this is an actual company. They say they don't allow for appointments because of Covid, so you can't see a mockup of your product in person (however the world has proven you can still conduct business with the proper precautions such as wearing a mask, social distancing etc.) This company is absolute garbage. read more

Not sure & wondering, if this company physically or legally even exists in NYC or anywhere else in the USA. Is it a legally registered company and business? Do they have an operational and or business license? Please be careful, read the reviews and do your research. They do not ever answer calls. You cannot visit or see their office or the factory. If you request exact information or if you ask to speak to someone in person they try to attack you personally over email, they then try to intimidate and threaten the customer. Then they turn down your business and tell you to go somewhere else. This is the pattern of behavior they consistently follow. You can see it in many ratings on Yelp and other rating pages, or you can work with them and experience it yourself. They do not have customer service. read more

With an order of 50 tshirts, the first batch were misprinted. A few colors were missing and the front and back blues were different shades. Even when I make things less than easy with last minute emergency requests, he will make it happen for me because he cares about even the smallest orders. First time I've ever put an order with him, he personally delivered the products himself by meeting me where ever I was at the time (midtown). That's just speaking on his incredible customer service. Quality of the prints were great and he takes great care in getting the details right, checking and double checking to make sure the Pantones are perfectly matched. JB was super easy to work with. His site says 24 hours, and its true! I called him at 6am while up early on a Monday and he answered and we discussed the order right then. The artwork and designs were turned around same day... Once I settled on a design and started production, I realized I didn't request printing our website on the tshirts.. JB stopped the order and fixed it. .finally, upon 6 hours notice -- he delivered the products right to my apartment in person, in time for me to travel the following day. I haven't had an opportunity to experience these services, though I tried. This was going to be a test for quality that satisfies Christmas presents but lets me see the ease of ordering, quality of delivery, etc. because I run tech conferences and order very large custom swag orders. It turns out ordering 2 items maybe wasn't up their alley. I won't know because they haven't followed up. I tried getting a quote through the website. I submitted via the form for a quote to get 2 robes embroidered. The form doesn't give you an email confirmation, and as a web developer I know that sometimes that means something is broken, sometimes it means a confirmation wasn't set up. I never heard back from this. So the next day, I followed up via the email listed on the website. About 4 hours later(not the 20 minutes suggested on the website or the 1 hour that yelp says they take) I got a response form the owner apologizing that he hadn't received anything from the form(I'll assume there could have been user error(unlikely because the website said the form submitted) or the form is broken) and that he'd like to know the order. I submitted the order. Got no response. Followed up 24 hours later. Still no response. Suffice to say, maybe they don't want this small of an order? But if that's the case, do your potential customers a favor and let them know that on your website and Yelp. I will very likely not order larger orders because I can't risk that cost on a sample I've never seen. read more

I can't express enough how grateful I was to work with JB Screen Printing & Embroidery. I had a large rush order with lots of unforeseen issues and delays from the apparel vendor. They kept me calm and assured me the will get the order done. Just having that peace of mind that the job would get done is priceless. We also had issues with the payment method through AMEX, but they kept working as we figured it out. This was almost a 4,000 piece order in less than a week. It was a mix of embroidery and screen printing. Items included t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, different types of hats, gloves, and scarves. Every day I got status reports and pictures of the merchandise. Since it was a multi-day event we prioritized what I need first and each day. No one else would touch this order, I probably called about 10 difference vendors before I called them. I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them. read more

JB came through for me with FLYING COLORS on quality of work, efficiency and overall excellence in customer service and communication. even after my supplier messed up on delivery which left JB only ONE day to finish my job, they finished the job ahead of schedule. they could have so easily gouged me for additional fees or turned down the job as my shipment of goods didn't arrive as expected, but they didn't. i have been in the events business embossing, printing, embroidering high quality items for high profile clients for fifteen years and JB is top notch. i found them through yelp so was a bit apprehensive as most of the communication was over email and i usually like talking to a live person to gain a comfort factor - however, they waste no time, they are efficient and to the point and get the job done BEAUTIFULLY. they even had a courier deliver the items to me AND when i tried to tip him for really helping me out of what could have been a terrible situation for me, he said "this is our business and this is what we do." i wish JB was on the west coast where most of my events take place. however, SO GREAT to find a company for my NYC / NJ needs.
