Most companies would not take on the project because several of the properties are not in very good shape even though we explained that our goal was to repair them. They also would not visit all of the homes. We when contacted Patriot Construction and Remodeling they were professional and courteous. We asked if they would look at the homes and provide us with their thoughts on the properties and a quote for work we knew needed to be completed right away. They visited each property, inspected inside and out and even went so far as to crawl under several of the homes. It took them a week to complete their visits and a couple days to compile their results. They presented us with a list of jobs that they felt needed to be completed immediately and others that could be put off until later. The cost estimates were realistic and within our budget. They have completed several projects for us including bathroom remodels, plumbing repairs and landscaping. They are currently engaged in clean out and demolition of several properties we plan on completely renovating.
