The owner assured us the job was done right this time but we learned in conversations they did not put flashing on our roof & didn't repair any with the new roof either. Two months after the attempted repair the leaking got worse so we contacted other contractors to assess & learned they just piled up sealant & added a screw (see video). Now we have to pay $6500 to repair it. Mike McNally is ignoring my calls as is his son. We selected them over another roofer & we regret it. No flashing. Just slapping down shingles. Ridiculous. Their estimate was in the middle of the 3 we received, but $2,000 higher than the roofing company we hired to install our new roof. When I texted Rhett to tell him we had gone with a roofing company whose estimate was more budget friendly for us, within moments I received a hard sell text telling me how the brand of shingles they used were far superior to any other brand of shingles out there and that I needed to consider that in making my decision. Believe me since this was the first new roof on my house in 25+ years I did my research on shingle brands and didn't choose a roofing company using some bargain basement brand of shingles! That $2,000 we saved is now more money that we are able to spend on other needed house projects.

My husband attempted to find the leak when looking at the pipes in the attic, cutting out part of the wall in the laundry room to make sure no pipes behind the washer/dryer were having issues, but eventually came to the conclusion that it could potentially be rain coming into the dryer vent which is on our roof - so if we had an extremely hard rain that came in a crazy angle, our wall was getting wet.
