Really loving this place more and more. Not for the shopping experience but for the eating experience. My daughter loves the Butter chicken here. I just like coming here for a quick, easy meal where parking is easy and we don't have to pay any tips. The options are more limited for myself since I don't eat meat, but I'm not a fussy person. They have enough to satisfy my dietary restrictions and I'm happy with the food that I do get.
On this visit, I saw that they had added a Vegetable Biryani to the hot foods section. I was overjoyed to see this option! I have often gone to Indian restaurants for dinner and meat eaters want to order a chicken biryani, and so I don't get to eat the biryani. Even if there's a Vegetable biryani on the menu they usually always still prefer to order the chicken biryani. It was so great to be able to have a biryani that I could actually eat, all to myself this time. Also, I could scoop however much or little of it that I wanted. That's something I like about eating here as well. We get to control how much food we want since we scoop it for ourselves.
I took some of the Vegetable Biryani and a small amount of Masala Paneer to go on top of it. It was delicious. We've tried their soups in the past and the soups are all good too. Not a lot of vegetarian options unfortunately. If you're not picky though and just need a quick, easy meal with comfortable seating and no having to pay tips...this is a great place to come.
You do need to spend a minimum of $10 here though to get your parking reimbursed. I don't recall having to spend $10 in the past. That rule might be a new one. We usually end up spending the $10 minimum very easily though when we come here, since we often come here for a meal. read more
