I used trash bags and then weighed them. The driver called me the day of and gave me a window of time and came directly to my 8th floor apartment door with a giant, rolling bin to pickup my four bags. He is the hero of this story. When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. It was extremely hot. She has a health condition as do I. I have MS. Extreme heat could cause me fatigue. I could get lethargic and fall. The same lady that ignored me could clearly understand and speak English. I don't appreciate that kind of treatment. She offended 3 people. And, if I come back I hope she's gone. Rudeness isn't good for business. I will be sure to share my experience. My brother, mother and I wash clothes every week. That's $50 a week just from my family alone. I hope you will tell your staff that they aren't to use 5 baskets at a time! When you have 5 or more customers there trying to wash their clothes. It's not right. I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.
