It was extremely hot. She has a health condition as do I. I have MS. Extreme heat could cause me fatigue. I could get lethargic and fall. The same lady that ignored me could clearly understand and speak English. I don't appreciate that kind of treatment. She offended 3 people. And, if I come back I hope she's gone. Rudeness isn't good for business. I will be sure to share my experience. My brother, mother and I wash clothes every week. That's $50 a week just from my family alone. I hope you will tell your staff that they aren't to use 5 baskets at a time! When you have 5 or more customers there trying to wash their clothes. It's not right.
