I do not use my wood-burning fireplace on a regular basis, but it had been seven years since it had been cleaned and desperately needed attention. He even removed the wood I had loaded for my next fire and then proceeded to remove the damper for access to the flu. Within a half an hour everything was done and there was no dust whatsoever in the house. He then proceeded to go up on the roof and check the top of the chimney and found that I had some cracks in the crown of the chimney. He took photographs and explained what needed to be done. I am very pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

We accepted the proposal, signed a contract, and he said I had to make a $500 downpayment so he could order the chimney liner. I wrote him a check, which he cashed immediately. He texted a few days later and said it was backordered. Then no contact. I called and left a voicemail message after a week, then texted after two weeks. Finally in November someone texted me back saying Bradley was away on family emergency. I left him alone over the holidays and contacted him again the first week of January 2026 by texting, and got no response. I left another voicemail the next day, no response. I also left him a message in the Yelp app - always expressing my condolences. The last time I called him, it directly hung up, so apparently he blocked my phone number. Running a small business can be hard, and they can experience hard times. I've always been friendly and understanding, giving Bradley the benefit of any doubt. I wish he were just honest if he needed to use my money to get by temporarily and would commit to honoring our contract eventually. Instead he stole our money and is avoiding me. Which I take as a good sign, and all I wanted was a sweep done and nothing major so the wait was no problem. I was told I would get a call within a certain timeframe, I did, and the service guy even texted me to let me know what was going on as he was running just a hair late. Unlike other companies who just leave you hanging around wondering what's going on and not answering when you call to see what's up, so I appreciated that. The thing that sold me though was that when the guy, Ryan, got here and took a look into our chimney, he asked how often we used it and how long we'd lived in the house and et cetera. So after hearing my answers, he nodded and said the chimney was super clean and that he would get me a card so I could call him in another two years to take another look at it because there was no need to do anything this time. He could have just went on about his way and "cleaned" and took his time and I would have been none the wiser to it. That honesty is hard to come by these days. Will definitely be hanging onto his card to have him come back out. The *only* complaint I have is that they don't accept card payments, so you'll need to find a check or go to the bank to get the cash you were quoted.
