This water is the freshest and tastes better than other places I've tried! The owners are always welcoming and help me the second I walk in the door! From setting up a cart for me or helping me secure the bottles with the plastic wrap, it's top notch service! And the price for two 5 gallon water jugs is cheaper than other places! Plus, they have a machine to rinse your jugs before filling which is just the cherry on top! read more

It's unfortunate people did not have a good experience here, the lady who runs this water shop is super sweet and funny! This plaza is never busy so it's nice to have close parking especially when refilling multiple 5 gallon water jugs. I do call ahead of time to see if they are open since sometimes they are running late. Other than that I will continue to be a repeat costumer. read more

Honestly, I love this place water always tastes cleaner and the lady inside is always really nice but I'm only giving it 3 stars because their times are never accurate there's a sign on the door that says Saturday 10AM- 6:30PM I'm here at 10:20 and the store is still not open. I've had this issue in the past as well before the times changed and I can later in the day and they are closed earlier than expected. read more

Hideous service. All bottles but the bottle she sold us were sealed and BPA free. I left with my bottle but noticed in the parking lot that the bottle was NOT BPA free. I immediately went back inside to exchange the bottle, and the lady proceeded to SCREAM at me for 20 minutes about how it was "final sale." Many customers came in and out and witnessed her belligerent and unprofessional behavior. She sent me away but I told her firmly that I wouldn't leave until she made the exchange. She eventually did make the exchange, but even still I will never be back. Stay away! read more

I love coming to the depths of yelp to see silly reviews like what some on here posted. The woman asks for the bottle, for lords sake, just bring the bottle. You get mad that she's stubborn, when you're just as stubborn! Other people are worried about how the water is filtered. Newsflash, it's filtered THE SAME WAY as any other water store...I mean, it's required by law. Otherwise. The water is just fine, and I'm very sensitive to water taste (don't ask, hard to explain). The water doesn't taste "tap-ish" at all imo. read more

We go here because it's super convenient, very close to our place. But beware, on several occasions they have opened an hour late or closed an hour earlier. Once they were closed in the afternoon without any notice on their door. read more

The owner was extremely rude to me. I asked to buy 2 caps which were labeled 50c and she refused to sell them to me.

For the other reviewer, there is a manual by their water filtering system that explains the process. The person at the store does not speak a lot of English so I don' think she was able to explain it even if she could. That being said, this is my regular spot to get water. Great customer service and the store is very well kept. Can't ask for much more. read more

Kind of a weird place. I ask the lady how the water is filtered and she says "don't worry, I have machine in room. It filtered". I said ok, but how is it filtered? Is it osmosis, triple filtered, filtered through a drop coffee machine? She insists, "don't worry!" I say I'm not worried I just want to know how it's works. After the same response, I give up. I'll find another place to get water. Place was clean and nothing was wrong with the interaction except I like to know what I'm buying. read more

The Lady here who does not speak fluent english is so rude. I am trying to buy a 5 gallon plastic container and she wants to give me an old stock discolored container with no seal whereas she has a new stocks of piled 5 gallon water container. HORRIBLE customer service. I will no longer get my water there. I went in to buy a replacement cap for my bottles that I fill there. The lady, who doesn't speak good english, said, don't have. I thought this was strange. So as I am walking out, I glance over at the glass counter and guess what I see....tons of replacements caps. So I ask her, you don't sell these (there is a $0.25 sticker on it). She said, I need to see bottle. I told her that is the cap I needed. she said, need to see bottle, different sizes. I said, well I know that is the cap I need. She said, for customer only. OK??? what am I? So, I said, you won't sell me a cap? She said no, no sell cap, I need to see bottle. That's ridiculous. So, they lost a customer regular over $0.25 read more
