Easily the best water store I've been frequented! Their shop is a little out of the way for me, but I find they are well worth visiting as they always provide great & full service with reasonable pricing. The guys will ask you the make & model of your car, then bring it out and tie it down with a seat-belt to keep it secure during transport. What more could you ask for in a water store? There is sometimes a little line, but it goes quickly and the staff is always friendly! They also have various water bottles and containers available for purchase if you need a new water dispenser or bottle for when you're on the go. read more

Really great water store. For sanitary reasons, You don't fill your own bottles: friendly staff members, wearing rubber gloves, promptly rinse and fill the bottles for you, and bring the bottles out to your car and load them. The atmosphere is cheerful and friendly. read more

Only one of the few places that takes the bottles that you have and fills them for you! They even help you load it on the car! I really like that since it can get really heavy for one person to bring all their bottles back. They take cash and card. Today, I came to fill my containers, when I was about to place them on to a cart, one of the two shaggy workers ordered me to put it on another empty one six inches away. I asked "what's the difference?" "Difference is I told you where to put it". The other shitty attitude worker was equally offensive. Both were Disrespectful, rude, unacceptable. Great service. They even take your bottles, fill it, then you give them your vehicle description. After paying, they help you load your car. We've visited for a few months and generally find service to be great, but today an employee didn't screw on the lid of a gallon jug properly and it has soaked our car :( Called and employee basically just shrugged. We've been getting our drinking water from this place for the past decade. I'm not sure if this makes any sense but this water tastes good. It's clean, fresh and pure. The service is amazing. During business hours there is always staff available with a cart to receive your empty jugs and to transport your filled jugs to your car. I entered the store and was immediately greeted and helped. They had a bunch of 5 gallon bottles and some are NOT BPA free, but they noted that when explaining it to me. They also had tons of metal water bottles for sale. After I picked out a 5 gallon bottle, they helped me rinse it out then fill it with drinking water. I took a few pictures before another worker told me that they don't allow photography inside the store. Not really sure why but okay. I apologized and stopped taking photos. When I was checking out, it was 2 dollars to fill it up, but there is a deal that if you prepay 50 gallons, you save 5 cents per gallon. The guy helping me also brought it out to my car. The water is mid and the staff are rude. They expect everyone, including first timers, to know their process. The dude in a ponytail looks like he don't like his job and thinks he's the boss. He looked at me like if I should have known the process being my first time. He didn't even take my jug, instead he told a scrawny skinny dude to refill it for me. When I paid him he was expecting to keep the change as a tip as I didn't ask for them to fill up my water when I could have done it myself and I carried it from/to my car myself. The workers here were super attentive and quick with filling up our waters! Luckily, it wasn't as busy when I came but it seems that it could get busy depending on when you visit. A 5-gallon bottle is around $13.95, it includes a twisting cap. Per gallon was 35 cents so the 5-gallon refill was $1.75! Super cheap compared to when we were going to Home Depot to refill. They also ask if you want them to clean the gallons, I'm not sure if they charge for that. They have a deal where you can prepay your water to save 25 cents per 5-gallons. So instead of $1.75 it's $1.50! They also have a selection of brand bottles like Hydro Flask & CamelBak on the right side. A good gift for someone or yourself! read more

I've been consistently coming to Water Spring once a week since June 2021 I purchased a prepaid membership card which is $15 for 50 gallons. This comes out to $0.30 per gallon. Pretty good deal. Due to covid, we can't enter the store. You place your prepaid card/money as well as your empty bottles on a cart that is cleaned with every customer. They fill up your bottles for you and wheel them to your car. There isn't much of a wait time, so no worries. There are a few parking spots in front designated for Water Spring. But you can practically park anywhere and they will still bring your bottles filled to your car. Service is excellent. The owner is a genuine guy who is really easy to talk to. Other times, there are younger guys helping, all great people. Opening time, after work hours, and weekends are busy so I tend to go on off hours on weekdays around 10am. Updating my review. I hate leaving bad reviews and I also know people can have bad days. I can see the guys there work really hard and I did not want to let one bad experience influence the bad review, because I've been going there for a while and always had a positive experience. Also I take accountability for my actions as well. So I went back the other day, parked in a different slot that was not for loading, same guy greeted me, and loaded my bottles. The service is a complete gamble--either you get friendly staff or the owner's outright rude, insulting attitude when they're in one of their frequent bad moods. Just look at the drastic swing between the glowing 5-star reviews (if those are even real) and the numerous 1-star complaints. The so-called 'rules' seem to change on a whim. After 10+ years of using them for all my water service, I am sad to say I will NEVER go back again. Things have really gone down hill fast! I am an aging Senior Citizen who lives with disability and I enjoyed their drive up car service they provided (drive up, they pick up bottles, fill them and put them back in my car into the seat belt. My daughter would lift the heavy bottles for me when I got home. The last 2 times my experience was Horrible! I arrived, there was no line, I parked right in front as I usually do and waited for my empty bottles to get picked up. As I waited, several people got in a line but I had arrived prior to that. The new employee started yelling at me, saying I need to get out of my car and put my bottles on a cart now because of the line. (Not what I have done for the last 10 years) I spoke to the owner about his employee's behavior towards me and he said since Covid, (Are we still using that?) if there is a line, I must now put my bottles on a cart. Ok, that was nice to know. Thinking they had a bad day or bad employees that seem to turn over a lot recently, I decided to give them another chance. This time when I drove up, there was a line...so I got out of the car and put my two bottles on a cart that was standing at the entrance with 2 other bottles on it. I thought this is where I need to put them to avoid getting yelled at again! NOT so.... This time the OWNER went off on me, angry that I put my bottles on the wrong cart! I didn't understand, I was trying to do the right thing, and still got accosted! In frustration, I picked up my bottles, mumbling "I can't seem to do the right thing here! and proceeded to throw my empty bottles in my car to leave. The owner refunded my balance from my pre-paid orange card they keep on file and that was that. He must be going through some tough times as he has NEVER been rude or unprofessional with me before. Been our choice for water refills for about 2 years. Even when we moved, we chose to drive another 15-20 minutes extra just to come here.
