So I packed up my empties, drove over - only to find out-no, They did NOT have distilled water. Sign on outside of store said so - as did the signs inside where the distilled water faucets were . It would appear that this store does not need it's customers. The employee, who grunts at you (on good days) who I think is the owner, in my opinion has advanced dementia.He nearly always attempts to pick fights. The store is dirty and the ceiling tiles are buckled and dusty. Owners who don't care to keep a store clean speaks volumes. The distilled water equipment is frequently broken with drums empty. When asked what is the ET for repair he just stares at you. I suggest that you find another water store. I encourage local business owners to offer a new store for the west valley area with a clean and pleasant customer experience. read more

I have been buying 4-6 gallons of water each week for the past 6 months, since I moved into the neighborhood. Today he lost a customer and around $170/year for his poor customer service. I needed a gallon of distilled for my CPAP machine but was short on change. Instead of buying 4 regular and 1 distilled, I had to pay for 5 gallons whether I filled up the bottle or not. Any human with eyes could see it wasn't 5 gallons. But he said he had no way of knowing what 4 gallons looks like. That's like a baker saying he doesn't know what a dozens eggs looks like out of the container. Poor customer service = lost business. read more

They have steam distilled, reverse osmosis water and many styles of water bottles. The customer service is outstanding.

I used to get my H20 here for years. They have a distilling and filtering H20 system that does a pretty good job at cleaning the tap water. They have little display jars of what came out of their tank after distilling 100 gallons of H20 from different parts of the bay area. There is black, brown and even green stuff in the jars! Yuck... Every year though, they consistently raised their prices so I stopped patronizing the store. I'd rate their H20 a 5, but overall with prices, a 3. I'm now going to Aloha Pure Water on Branham Ln near Almaden Ex. Good friendly service (family run) and good H20! read more

This place has the best water in San Jose. You may chuck out a few extra nickels per gallon but it's completely worth it. It's the only place I've found with Steam Distilled water in the area. The owner is a sweet older gentlemen and he usually has some Sinatra playing in the background. You can also stock up on water jugs and pots odd various sizes, as well as supplies for purifying and filtering water at home. read more

They equipment is clean and the water is good but the owner is one of the biggest grouches that I have ever met in my life; avoid him and you will have a decent time here. unfortunately, there are few options in this nook of the city, so he seems to have a steady business - but otherwise I would definitely avoid the store just because of the cranky owner. read more

I purchased several plastic BPA-free 1-gallon water bottles at $13.95 each. One bottle leaked the first time I used it. I took it back to the store. I was told it is leaking because I must have bumped it and since I didn't fill it at the store to detect possible leaks, they would not take it back or exchange it. I was not warned about the flimsy nature of the bottles or the very restrictive return policy for defective merchandise. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the treatment I had received and said I might post a negative review, the attendant, who I think is the owner, became angry and raised his voice. He followed me out of the store and said I should not come back to buy water from him any more. I won't. read more

Water is fine, but the owner is a grumpy, rude and unfriendly man. There's a chilly atmosphere and it's uncomfortable to be in the store. I'm going to find another water store that is friendly and customer service oriented and maybe appreciate my business. read more

Water from a vending machine outside the store. Try not and think what the booth haz been put through. Typically eats a coin every visit. Hope its the nickel and not the quarter. Cheap water at .35$ a gallon. I have gone inside before. Seemed odd paying someone pocket change to fill up your juggs. read more

In the need for water for our machine at home, guess what we were. We usually have our water delivered, but this time we used almost all the water we had in the house including the extra 5 gallon water we keep for just in case purposes. I was glad I did remember this location, because I needed to get a few 5 gallon filled to have until my next delivery. I was happy to pay, as the prices for water was about the same as all the other water stores. I did not have any issues with grumpy people inside the store, I was actually greeted and welcomed inside the store, and even had a great conversation with the store employee. It did not take long before both 5 gallons were filled and I was ready to head out with a thank you and have a great day, I was back on my water to drinking water that was refreshing. I would recommend this place for anybody that needs to fill water for this dispenser at home. read more

I have been to several water stores because I can't find one that sells distilled water. This store does! If you don't know how pure water tastes like... You should come here and it has medicinal properties. If you drink their water at a very cold (my preference) temperature, it taste so amazing!! The owners are great people. They have a pre-pay program: I think for $60, you get 100 gallons, but you may need to confirm on that. But distilled water for that price.. It's a great deal. I highly recommend you try it out. Shop keeper is friendly, interested and helpful, especially with water distiller parts and repairs. I have no experience with their water supply, but a friendly place to shop is worth a lot these days. read more
