Our main courses, however, were a little disappointing. They tasted fine, but ate more like the kind of main course you would order at a chain Italian restaurant in the US: heavy, chewy, and generic. But my personal saddest moment was when the churros arrived. I love churros, so very much. These looked beautiful, but when my husband and I cut into ours, they were all raw on the inside. So the flavor outside was delicious but we couldn't eat more than the ends of the churros. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of dining at Casa Martin... I just wish the food was better.
