This place hit the spot. The woman who flagged us down got us hooked line and sinker with the promise of a table with a view of the harbor and sea lions to watch. We were a group of 7 and 1 person was not overwhelmed by the food. I got the burrockstar Burrito. Bacon wrapped chicken Burrito, Amazing!! My burrito came with fries, and a ramekin of what I thought was ketchup- definitely not ketchup, what ever it was was so dam hot, I thought I was gonna die, everyone at my table got some laughs at my misfortunes. I really like this place and my next trip to Cabo will have this place on my itinerary.
Great food. Great service. This place was amazing. And you must use the "banos." The women's room is beautiful, clean and sumptuous!
Aqua salade What could easily have turned into a ruined evening, instead, turned into an over the top VIP experience. Our friend made reservations two weeks in advance - his beloved Chiefs were in the Super Bowl and he wanted to watch it on the big screen. We arrived 15 minutes early but our table had already been given away. The manager made the situation right, and then some, he took us upstairs to a private party room. The large glassed room had several large, very comfy leather couches and chairs with a few low tables. It had a television mounted on one wall. There was a bar but for our group of 10 unanticipated guests, it wasn't in use. We did, however, have a dedicated server who was incredibly, yet unobtrusively, attentive. Even with all of this, I think the guys were most impressed that we had our own private restroom! I had (a few) house margaritas. Very good, very strong, a bit too much salt on the rim but definitely something worth ordering. The rest of the group drank beer - not a huge selection but something for everyone. They also had a cocktail list and an extensive liquor selection. We started with the fried calamari. It was light and crisp, not overly battered and it wasn't tough or chewy at all. We then moved on to meat nachos. A platter filled with chips and piled HIGH with steak, cheese, guacamole and salsa. It fed four of us easily. They were delicious. Finally, my husband and I shared the Roca Shrimp. A large portion of lightly battered tempura shrimp and a dressed salad of greens and cherry tomatoes. The shrimp was drizzled with a creamy sauce that had quite a kick. I'd definitely order this again. Outside of our private little world, the restaurant was packed and so loud that it almost hurt my ears. Had we been seated at our original table, I probably wouldn't have been able to last the entire game. Our evening at Agua Salada was fantastic. Even if I wouldn't have the VIP treatment again, I'd definitely come back.
This place is a WIN! I had the delicious Japanese style Lures as my main & Hubby had two orders of aguachiles. He had to try the red and green for Christmas, Mary! Drinks on point. I had the Jamaica and he had the Atardecer with worm salt, girlie! Service was good and friendly. Only bad thing was no sink to wash your hands after the loo. WtH!?! But, we liked it so much we will stick with the 5 stars. Bring your hand sanitizer. Otherwise, nice, clean atmosphere with fun music. Mother Madonna was playing when we arrived. "And, you can dance"! Not really tho, no one was dancing while we were here at least.

The service was great, our waitress was very kind and attentive and offered us free drinks for my birthday (we, extremely hungover and groggy from our day drinking binge nap, politely declined). The interior decorations are really cool -- Cabo has great weather year round so most people, like us (technically we came very late and the inside was already closed), want to sit outside. If so, go to the bathroom so you can at least take a quick look at their cool set up! The sashimi yuzu was great, salmon with the perfect hint of yuzu and serrano pepper. The fish was also delicious, fried to perfection! Also, their sauce is HOT. Trust them when they say it is hot. I can handle spicy but that was a different level. After some tears were shed, our waitress offered us a mild sauces Was not a fan of the shrimp or calamari (the sauce for both dishes was... different). Other than the fish, I would recommend not getting so many of their fried dishes. Also, even though we were the only ones there and there were maybe 3 staff members max left, they still made a point to make me feel special for my birthday! They sang for me and brought out a cute frame thing!
I visited here about a month ago when I was visiting Cabo on a cruise, and I was determined to get chicken nachos. Well, they were fantastic! The chicken was seasoned very well and moist, the guacamole was delicious, the beans were tasty. It was pretty calm inside with only one other table. I also liked that they did accept US currency. If I go back to Cabo, I would like to see what else this restaurant has to offer!
Food gross Service well was not good. No seltzer? Ambiance is pretty cool. Just grab and beer or two and chill. That's all.
We only had drinks here so I can't give a full review of food. But the drinks were so fresh and good. We had about 6 drinks here, we sat outside with a view of the marina. Staff was very nice and helpful.
I had the Red (something) drink- idk I saw rum and I ordered it. Pretty good! I also ordered the classic burger that came with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, bacon, and fries on the side. Pros: The fries were just the right amount of crispy and came in these little cute fryers. Presentation of the drink and burger was great, and the staff was really friendly. Cons: The burger patty itself reminded me more of a meatloaf than a patty. I don't think I would eat here again.

So delicious!!! They made me a jalapeño margarita on the rocks from scratch for me! It was tasty! The server also suggested a hibiscus margarita for my husband, it was tart and unique and fun! My huband also ordered the sashimi serranito. That was amazing!!! (All the exclamation marks!!!!!!! So good!!) and they gave us a tuna dip that they smoked in-house and it was on-the-house (complimentary) for us. The food & drinks were amazing Also, our table was strategically located over-lookin the marina and view of the tv's. And they have wifi and nice, clean restrooms for guests. I was also impressed that the music volume was not too high, it was a very nice place- i just need to travel back!
One of the less crowded dining options on the wharf when there are 5 cruise ships in port! I ordered the aguachile chiltepin and skirt steak nachos. The shrimp still had large portions that were still a not quite "cooked" purple/blue. Being that I still have over a week of vacation left, I didn't want to risk eating something that didn't appear to have finished in the citrus. The dish itself had a super spicy bite and the avocado/cucumber/red onion was refreshing. The skirt steak nachos were just okay. They do, however, load them up for you, which is nice. The meat itself just didn't seem to bring any flavor to the table. read more

Located at the Marina, this is like an upscale sport bar/disco/restaurant. We came for lunch on a Sunday and it was not crowded. We chose this place since we have the Cabo Passport. I got the Agua Salada hamburger and my husband got the steak fajitas. Both were good. Only complaints was that there's something sweet like chocolate in the hamburger. As for the fajitas, it was tasty but cooked in a lot of oil. Also tortillas were store bought and just fell apart when filled. read more

I'm amazed at the stellar reviews here. The only thing that would really merit 5 stars for our experience was service. Our servers were prompt and friendly. Otherwise, this place is nothing special. We ordered- Chips and salsa- chips were too thick to enjoy the guacamole and salsa they came with. Buffalo fries- the flavor was there but the fries were sadly soggy and that wasn't enjoyable 3 pork tacos- the taco shell was falling apart and embarrassing that they would let it come out of the kitchen that way. Super unpleasant to eat. Flavor profile was boring. We've had better tacos elsewhere. We ended up finishing the meat without the taco shell and even then it was still a tad disappointing. Shrimp tacos- the shrimp was decent although just a tad rubbery and the fried cheese was cool but again the taco shell just wasn't great. Blue margarita- actually pretty tasty with interesting blue bubbles of jelly or something. We might have gotten more drinks but they kept taking our drink menu away. Seems they were short. I have to say that I'm just disappointed in myself for falling for this tourist trap of a sports bar. You could see a lot of locals eating there but the menu is 100% catered to Americans with their Americanized burritos and sushi. The bill was very American too... $46 before tip. If you're looking for the authentic experience don't come here. read more

We really enjoyed our meal here! I ordered 3 different things (nigiri, a roll, and an appetizer), thinking the portions would not be large (especially on the appy). Boy was I mistaken! The roll was a good portion and the appy was also ample. I finished pretty much all of it but needed a nap afterwards. LOL. Bad service. The food took forever and it was served to me cold. I had to ask the bar for ketchup and none of them even knew what I was asking for. The food is mediocre for the prices. Drinks are kind of expensive 10$ for a small cocktail that's not very strong. The view is nice it overlooks the ocean and the marina. read more

So here is a great new place in Cabo if you're looking for a sports bar or a good portion of food. Agua Salada has plenty of TV's and good food to occupy your day. The staff was really attentive and very friendly, it's hard to find this kind of service in the the states when going to a sports bar. Cheers for the great service and great time we had. read more

The beer is cold and the food I good. Very friendly staff. Started with chips, salsa and guac. I love good salsa and this was really good. The Burrito Perriń, yes it's wrapped in bacon...I honestly wasn't 100% sure what I was getting when I ordered this but it is exactly as it is described. I'm not sure I would order it again as I think they have other menu items I would like to try but it was really good and I'd recommend giving it a try. read more

Swung by Agua Salada as I was walking along the docks for lunch and I was definitely glad I did. Food and service was great and the open bar outside was a sweet setup that offered some great fresh air while I ate. You can even order hookah from the bar which is awesome and the perfect place to do it. Very mellow and relaxing experience and hope to return to Agua Salada in the future. read more
