Stopped by here for a quick lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of healthy options. I made my own salad bowl and it was hearty, crisps and packed with falvor. The ingredients tastsed fresh, and the portion size was generious - two of us shared that bowl. I also loved that they offer a lot of customizable options, which makes it easy to cater to one's preferences or dietary needs. The service was fast and friendly, and they have seating options there but we ended up just doing a take out. I first had Freshii from catering at work and I knew I was unhealthily hooked on it. Swung by this location a couple of times but devoured it before I could get a picture of my meal. This time, I ordered the Bamboo bowl for myself and others in my party got the Oaxaca and Tex Mex. We split our bowls so we could try all flavours and personally, I think the sauce makes the bowl and always go extra sauce. In order, I like the Bamboo (green curry sauce), Tex Mex (ranch sauce), and Oaxaca (spicy yogurt sauce) in that order. The green curry sauce in the Bamboo bowl was divine and all the veggies that came with the bowl added to the flavour of it. Tex Mex, same thing - ranch is bomb and the veggies the bowl comes with was perfect. Oaxaca I enjoyed but think it's not a flavour everyone will like. The spicy yogurt sauce leans towards the sour side and kind of overpowers the veggies/meat in the bowl with it. The flavour is a bit stronger compared to the Tex Mex and Bamboo, so even though the portion I had of it was the same size as the portion of the other flavours, it felt more filling just because the sauce was so strong. The bowl I tried on my last visit (not pictured), the Pangoa, I definitely liked least, for similar reasons. I'm all for BBQ, but in a bowl with veggies, I couldn't taste anything but BBQ so I felt like i was just eating BBQ + rice. Overall really great flavours for a healthy meal. I mainly prefer bowls because I think they're more filling, but know their wraps are fantastic too (from corporate lunches). Will definitely come back for more! read more

I. A lunch break after shopping near Heartland, we found refuge at this Freshii after wanting to eat something light and healthy. Ordered an Oaxaca, an Umami bowl and a Spicy Lemongrass Soup. Not overly busy, but the girls were cheerful and kind. However they seemed to be rushing through the order taking and making for some reason. There was no lineup or no one behind us. When asked for here or to go, we said for here. All the orders were given in takeaway bowls. Hate to make unnecessary waste. The bowls with tofu was made perfectly. The Oaxaca was replaced with the peanut sauce, but didn't go well.(Note to self:Don't do this next time). The Umami made well and the soup perfect. The rice noodles a bit a la dente for our taste as it had a bite to it. Will see if they can make it a bit more cooked. Would definitely go back to this location again. read more

My wife and I are long time customers of Freshii - Latimer Dr. The salads and other offerings are our go-to items, either for a meal, or a detox after overly rich food. The staff are friendly, and the Cobb salad is my favourite. The Freshii menu offers good value for our dollar. read more

Super quick spot to grab a healthier lunch. Stopped in with my co-worker to grab ourselves and a few others a quick lunch. Service was fast and friendly. I opted for the buddha bowl with no protein (ie veggie) and really enjoyed it. It was spicy and loaded with veggies - yum. I like that you can make almost anything on their menu vegan or vegetarian. We came to grab a quick dinner while rushing around on a Saturday. I got my usual pangoa bowl with no cheese, and tofu added. I forgot to ask for half quinoa/half brown rice to punch up the protein content but the rice alone is quite filling too. The bbq sauce is nice and spicy and gives the meal an enjoyable and satisfying flavour. Hubby and I shared this as we were going to eat at a party in a couple of hours. My son had a noodle bowl....the Asian one I believe and he said it was fine. He felt it had more flavour in the past. I actually had to ask for more bbq sauce in my pangoa bowl too as it was much less flavoured than in the past. The eatery is small but clean and I love that you can recycle or compost just about everything.....including the bowls and cutlery. I know I can always get a quick, healthy meal here and customize it so it's vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free. read more

Once upon a time vegetarian fast food was considered a pipe dream. Grabbing a quick bite to eat on the road? You'd better pack a cooler. (Who wants gross fast food anyway?) But if "vegetarian" and "fast food" could be combined concepts, Freshii would be it. Healthy, fast, organic, and delicious, Freshii will be my go-to place for road trip food. Or picnic food. Or anything like that, really. Even just a bite to eat. Basically, if you are vegetarian, or vegan especially, go here. I'm not kidding. You can build your own burrito (or bowl) and --wait for it-- you have unlimited toppings. I don't know if that's as exciting to you as it is to me, but let me tell you the days of going places with friends and frowning at my limited options are over. The days of a vegetarian burrito = beans, rice and onions are over. I can load that sucker up with chickpeas, cucumbers, black beans, tomatoes, you name it. And I can eat it all. At first you might think the prices are a bit much, but when you realize the burritos are as big as your face, and the unlimited toppings, suddenly it's really, really good. I was very impressed with my experience at Freshii. I'm glad they are expanding and I wish them the best of luck. It's my hope that one day they are all over the country and that when I make my road trip to the US I can pull off the highway and order Freshii in a drive-thru. Well, a girl can dream. If you are looking for greasy, meaty fast food - this is not for you. I've been to a few locations, and I have noticed some inconsistencies in customer service and the way the food is made, but the ladies at this location are great. They get quite busy during lunch time, and considering they prep everything as you order, they don't have time for chit chat. Even though it's seems a tad bit pricey, it's not! There are very few, good, fast food restaurants where you can get lunch for less than $10. A healthy, balance lunch for $10 has way better bang for your buck than a $7 burger combo at Wendy's. read more

I found out about this fantastic little healthy take out spot thanks to Dealfind and am so glad I bought a bunch of vouchers! I really wasn't as blown away as everyone else apparently. The intent appears to be e.g.good "unlimited" toppings in a build your ow entree. However 5 edamame beans in a large bowl of soup with only four other toppings really doesn't work. The spicy noodles also failed to live upto their name. Again too many noodles and barely any of the advertised fixins. They try to mimic the menu like Fresh but come nowhere near. A big disappointment. Won't be repeating.. read more

I've been here twice now and both times have been greeted and served poorly. It seems to be run by Punabji Indians who don't care to smile or be helpful with their vast menu. I was asked to repeat my order 4 times and I did so very clearly. After I ordered, I was told to "go pay", I assumed I would watch her make the salad and say what I wanted to my liking. That's usually how these places work. Not here. After you pay, with no eye contact and no smile, followed by no "thanks come again". Also if you get takeout, you have to ask for a paper bag, and cutlery. The food is very expensive and mediocre. It's for an emergency day when you didn't have time to make your own salad with love. This is probably the wrong Freshii store but I couldn't find the one at terminal 3. On March 24 I took my niece from England to the airport. We wanted to have something fresh! I had no idea that I was in for a great disappointment. 4 staff were behind the counter all doing something. We were the only two people waiting to be asked what we would like but no one bothered to turn around to serve us. After I loudly remarked that service is bad, finally one person turned around, showing annoyance on her face. I asked for a power juice, she said the mixer was broken, that's it. "I suppose there is no point in me ordering a smoothie?" I continued. She didn't say either yes or no, nor did she offer an other option or make an apology. I was thirsty and I bought a coke...at Freshii! I had just returned from South East Asia couple of days before. This would not happen there! Everybody would be fired. This was bothering me a lot and two days later I took the trouble to find Freshii's website to try to locate an email or phone number to lodge a complaint. Not easy but at long last I found a number and left a polite message stating the purpose of my call. Today, April 6, I have yet to receive a response. Disappointing. I'm never going to any Freshii store again! Please do something! read more

I've tried Freshii in different locations. I'm a fan of Freshii. This one in mississauga is not like others. The salad's mixture is not good. They put a lot of brown rice instead of the greens. You better try other locations. read more
