The foie gras is perfectly prepared and paired with a rich pear sauce. The eurobass is stunning with a delicate salt crust, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. I had wanted to try the confit duck but went with the confit lamb instead; it's slightly sweet but very enjoyable.
