We were a supplier to Badger Electric Motor but this might be helpful for potential customers…read more They inquired for a brake for one one our brake motors in May, we quoted and extended Net 30 terms as they requested, delivered 30 days later the made to order brake as committed. 30 days later, no payment. 45 days later, we try to contact their accounts payable department, who works from 9am to 11am daily and does not answer e-mails or phone messages. 60 days later we reach the account payable person, she advises that the owner is in charge of who gets paid and when and we would have to wait; now 90 days after shipping. At the end of October we turned Badger Electric Motors in Milwaukee over to a collections agency. We lost $850 in collection fees, Badger didn't pay the fees, we were just out the money. I am from a small town, and where I come from this is called Theft. A couple of weeks later, Badger began asking for that same brake, and the motor that goes with it, they contacted our company in Italy, they contacted our distributors in Wisconsin, lord knows where else. They will not get this brake or motor, ever. So if it was your motor, sorry, find a different distributor.
