Ok first off, if I could give no stars I would have. My experience was not a good one. There is a real lack of professionalism when dealing with the staff. I wanted 5 custom tee-shirts made. I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else. read more

I have been ordering custom made tees from this establishment for more than 3 years. First, customer service is fab and pleasurable. Next, the staff is very attentive, cordial and very much interested in pleasing the customer. They are also creative in adding to your ideas and pics on a T-shirt. I love this. Bad quality printing and unfair prices. The owner is very rude too. The staff is careless and they dont care for customers at all! They ruined my sweatshirt and overcharged me for super bad quality printing! Would not recommend to go here. There are many other good places out there doing a good job. They ruined my uniform! First of all my company's logo do not look anything like actual! Second they literally melted my shirt! Third they charged me $45 for 1.2 inch logo!!! Really?? They even tried to peel it off which ruined it even more! No help from their side! After all this they say whats done is DONE! read more

Well I worked there mora than a year he still owes me money over $2K, and I had to quit year ago. Worst place to work in, so much under pressure plus low pay rate $10. He will over charge the prices to people because he knew some people had money. We always got blamed if we wouldn't work a rapid as he wanted or no customers would show up. $35 for custom tee with a picture or $55 for a hoodie and the tee texture is not even nice quality. He is makes a lot of money over charging people but paid his employees $10 because we were desperate to work and knew no other place will hire us for lack of experience. Went in to get a biggie shirt for a concert I was going to and I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Women was very patient and nice and even offered to print a logo off the internet for me to customize my own shirt...prices are alittle steep for a tshirt on the wall it was 30 but only 25 to make your own not sure why but this place is perfect if you want to get custom shirts for any occasion! read more
