I could have sworn there was a Converse Store nearby but it wasn't there this visit to the mall. I can't remember ever buying anything at any Foot Locker. I've been disappointed that they didn't have my size. Now that Fleet Feet with their excellent customer service is creating more locations, I doubt I'll ever go into another Foot Locker. Not sure about customer service training because I feel like a bother instead of feeling welcome. If you don't have any other chains but Foot Locker for athletic merchandise I feel sorry for you!
