Avoid this place if you can. Had a birthday party here. The staff did 20 minutes of work doing the girls nails and for the rest of the 2 hour party let them run around in circles. $800 party for 4 girls. Which included a $120 gratuity for the staff that just stood there and let a bunch of 3 year olds run a muck the whole time. Don't even bother bringing your concerns up to the owner. Did nothing. The staff could of entertained the girls better. Played games etc. The moms were running the party. Do Yourself a favor and take your girls to a nail salon where it's $20 for a manicure and not $200 a kid for crap service. Will never be coming here again. The owner could of at least gave back the gratuity charge some the staff stood there in the corner most of the time! Horrible! read more

I came here for a kids bday party today, and this spot is pretty dope based on what I saw. The party I came for was basketball themed and they had a lot for the kids to do. Based on the other rooms I saw it looks like they have different themed rooms depending on what kind of party you may want to have. It looks like they offer open gym for basketball members too. The staff is pretty young which is why I'm only giving them a 3 but the manager was very helpful to make up for their short comings. read more

I have been meaning to get around to this review for a bit. I hosted my son's 5th birthday at this venue on June 8th, 2019. We had an incredible time. The photos do not do this venue justice. It is absolutely incredible. Super spacious, trendy, modern, and completely unexpected. The lounge area blew all of our guests away, even the entertainer we hired was impressed. Sal is a fantastic person, I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for my little guy. I would absolutely recommend this venue for your private event. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been using these guys since they were on Metropolitan avenue. So we are talking about fifteen years, of consistent service, good quality work and fair prices. Back then I used only the embroidery and lettering services which was always good. I went to a birthday party and it wasn't half bad. Rock climbing, soccer and basketball. The place lives up to its name of being a complex. Since I have gone the first time , they have added a new room where children can be treated like royalty. In a room with a large dining room table, high back chairs, and beautiful place settings for food or crafts. They also have a wall of chairs and foot baths for pedicures and a station for manicures. They really taken themselves from a small lettering and stitching station in a small store with four people, surrounded by massive machines. To a spacious complex that is a great foundation to a glorious empire. Maybe one day, they'll turn their idea into a substantial mall that will bring the Glendale/Middle Village area even more joy than ever before. Thank you to the company for making a stubborn girl who always felt like I needed to do things myself. Even when I didn't know how. I recently had shirts made here. Everything seems great, the price, quality, customer service- however when I received my $900 purchase there was a misspelled word on my tshirts! WHAT?! I quickly checked the emails I gave them, at first I thought it had to be my fault. I opened the sent emails and saw I was correct. Now I'm upset, every single Tshirt I purchased has the wrong word. Instead of entertainment they wrote entertainerment. I called spoke to the guy I delt with, he said I'm sorry. Bring them back and he will change them. Really?? After waiting 3 weeks for my shirt, they want to take them back and fix them? I mean I get it. But at this point just send me some type of refund or remake the order and take back the old ones. Came here for a birthday party and had a birthday its great if you want a sports theme birthday, and theres a cute dance party section of the party. However the staff is rude!!!! Its like they hate their jobs. You ask them a question or for help and they look at you like you are bothering them. They offer no help when bringing in stuff from your car, the one girl you pay cannot count money!!! Always says you are short, but after counting it 5x it was correct. No one introduces themselves!! The pizza is good, but the slices are small so if your kids are big eaters plan on buying extra pizza. The candy table is a joke, and so are the pre-made sundaes, the popcorn is not a bag like stated on their packages its legit a shot glass sized cup they give it to you in same with the sundaes and drinks. The packages with all the add-ons sounds great BUT its not really worth it!!! The water bottle goodie bag is a joke!! So are the balloons! If the staff was on point and they would give you your moneys worth of the stuff they offer on their packages and not just a spoonful this place would be 5stars!! And you have to buy food from them!!! But the menu is limited and pricey!! But you do get your own space and even though other parties are going on it feels like your own, and you dont feel like you are being herded in like cattle like these other party places. I have used them twice to get team shirts made for my CrossFit competitions and they have been spot on. Just celebrated my Daughters 10th Birthday at Artistic Stitch Sports Complex. We chose to have a Spa party at the Pink Boutique and it was absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend the Spa Party, my daughter and her friends were treated like princesses.I would especially like to thank Liz and her staff they did an outstanding job catering to each and everyone of them, all I can say is that it was money well spent. Its strange how the little things satisfy me. I always walk by artistic stitch to get to my house and I always wanted to stop by and look in, but its sad to say I am a pretty forgetful and lazy person. So I would walk right past it, stop and then contemplate to go back, but settle on going tomorrow. Which starts the cycle again and again and again.... Then I thought why not look them up? So I did and their web store is pretty useful. Its informative so I knew exactly what quality of t shirts I was getting. Very easy to use, and pretty accurate in rendering my images. I got a few custom made t shirts for my friend's birthday and she loved it. I guess there's nothing like have the only one t shirt of its kind in the world. :) Good stuff. read more

This place deserves to get zero stars & the mere fact that I have to give them one pains me. Lets ignore the obvious fact that no one in this building knows how to run a business, which is why it is a printing company, sports complex and restaurant in one. The printing company is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working with. We as a softball team have tried to remain loyal to Artistic Stitch but every time they wind up disappointing us worse than before. So I have run out of second chances to give. Originally we used Artistic Stitch to print our Jerseys for our softball team the team name which has the word Committee in it, our original shirts all read "Comittee" which really got laughs on the field. The next year we order nicer jerseys with the name spelled correctly. These weren't even that bad if you look over the fact that one of the players names AFROTHUNDER is spelled AFROTHNDER on his shirt. So this year out of sheer desperation we again went to artistic stitch to create the same jerseys for our new team members. THIS IS WHERE IT REALLY GETS GOOD. After putting in an order for the Jerseys two weeks prior to the date I needed them the company called saying I needed to come back and leave a deposit before they processed my order. Upon my arrival I brought with me my own Jersey so that they could be sure they had everything on the order from correct The employee even took a photo of the jersey and said he would attach it with the order form & the original order form they had from last years jersey. A week later when they told me the jerseys would be ready I went to pick them up and THEY WERENT DONE. Not only were they not done but they had not even been started. I was very stern in telling them that I could not wait another Week and I needed them by the following Sunday now. (they were already a week late) They told me the jerseys would be done Friday night and I could pick them up at any time. I had prior engagements Friday night and they said it would be fine to pick them up Saturday. I waited till late afternoon Saturday to assure they had enough time to truly be done. At 3:15 on Saturday when I arrived to pick the Jerseys up for the SECOND TIME, and the printing shop was not even open. I had to pick the jerseys up through the batting cage area. AND OF COURSE... THEY WEREN'T COMPLETE. The names had not been put on the back and The fronts of the Jerseys were missing the "THE" of our team name and the whole name was a deep RED instead of Orange like our original ones. When I showed them their mistakes the employees informed me no one from the actual printshop was working and there was nothing they could do. After a small time arguing they finally got someone to go back there and finish putting the names on the backs of the jerseys. Unfortunately because the jerseys were already TWO WEEKS past when we needed them I had no choice but to take them, being our team needed them to play. However, this will be the last time our team or anyone in our league uses Artistic Stitch to create our Jerseys. They are rude, unorganized, unprofessional and clearly incompetent. How a business could sustain any revenue at all when they can not even match colors or spell simple words is beyond me. I would never recommend anyone use this printshop for any job or occasion they even remotely care about because disappointment is guaranteed. read more

So to further elaborate on my horrible experience with Artistic Stitch, both the owner and the I guess we will call him the "sales manager", and I use the word manager loosely, both emailed me in regards to my post. I guess that neither were happy with the criticism that I had for them. So let me lay things out for all to see. Mr Enzo, said that I left without fulfilling my duties. Is that so sir? If this is the case then I would like you or anyone else to please contact Monica from Ski Beer and ask her if I did not perform my job in a professional manner. Mr. Enzo, please do not question my work ethic. I worked a full 40 hr schedule for you and Artistic Stitch for a base pay of $100 a week, That is right people, they actually paid $100 a week in base pay. What makes it worse is that they promise a higher base, then during training say oh the training pay is actually $100 but AFTER training it is increase. Let me tell you, it most certainly was not. But still I worked and brought in a customer that more than cover any base or possible commission that they will EVER pay me. Also for further clarification, I left Artistic Stitch because with a few days notice they required the sales staff to be in the office for CRM training. Now I am all for training, but when you are paying $100 a week and asking me to change everything for that, that simply will not happen. So Mr. Enzo, you do not like my criticism of you and Artistic Stitch, well I apologize but sometimes the truth hurts! read more
