They were both super friendly, the transaction was quick and easy and they seemed to value my business! Customer service like that can be rare these days. Came all the way from SoCal (5 hour drive!?!?) to purchase a Marshall SC20C JCM 800 amp. The owner and staff were very helpful and great to work with. I tried out the amp at the store and kneeled down on the floor but one of the guys saw that and was kind to give me a stool to sit on. And was in and out quick. Great customer service overall. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I purchased a mint film camera from here. I can't stress enough how well I was taken care of. I made the drive over to them (3+ hours each way). I had found one of their ads on Craigslist and had been contemplating on whether I would make the drive. I had been looking for a camera like this one for over two years. They had the best deal I had come across. I called them up and talked to the owner about the camera. He was the kindest and most understanding. He gave me a sweet deal knowing I was making the drive. I'm thoroughly confused by the negative reviews here on Yelp. Be good to your local businesses folks. They really set a standard for me here. I felt completely taken care of. Last time the owner Robbie was a real jerk-off . He insulted my power tools stating they were old and garbage ( although worked fine ) had too much rust , which was minimal to non existent on the very tip of the chuck/ lock - of a like new used once drill. ( like 2 specs , lol ) Then basically said I can't take this risk on this crap ( when I only asked for $30-40 for a couple days , for gas money til payday . I would've gladly paid the loan back and taken back my items. I pawned jewelry once or twice . He loans less than Fresno Coin Gallery , but seemed cool and always nice to support smaller local shop. However after the way I was treated , I won't return ever again. I was also told after the fact by a trusted acquaintance, he has verbally and sexually harassed women on more than one occasion. I don't know if this is true , but definitely seems like a wolf in sheep's clothing . Customer/ Buyer beware ! Could be a predator , and/or at the very least a toxic , unscrupulous businessman .
