When I was here - they re shaped out my engagement ring- and they dented it. I didn't say anything at the time and I was the one to ask for them to make it not out of shape anymore. Worst experience ever......!!! Went in to get ring resized and trusted the person helping me out to get the size closest to fit my finger. She did the sizing very quick and said a 6 would work. Come in a month later to pick up and ring is practically falling off. Called her immediately and said they would take care if. Come to find out the manager is charging me once again to resize. Saying my finger swells or can shrink!!!!! But the ring was so far off it literally slipping off..... Please go somewhere else. If I could give this establishment a 0 star and still write a review I would. CANCEL THIS LOCATION!!!! My African American fiancé and I visited this location looking for wedding bands. After enter the first set of doors we both sanitized our hands and then processed toward the next set of doors. I noticed as we walk to the door two of the female associates were watching us and Before we could open the door a man met us and asked us to remove our COVID 19 face masks and look into the camera. We both had no problem doing this as I can imagine entering a jewelry store they would want to be able to see whose entering . Our masks simply covered our nose and mouth, similar to the ones you get in hospital waiting rooms if you have a cough. We were then asked what we were looking for etc. we proceeded to be helped by the same gentleman who later identified himself as the manager. As we continued on asking questions and looking at different rings one thing became VERY apparent . We were the ONLY customers that were asked to remove face masks And look up into the camera prior to entering the store. Numerous patrons entered after us with similar if not identical face masks on and not one was stopped prior to enter by an associate or asked to show their face to the camera. This is absolutely unacceptable and appalling! The ONLY African American in the store and I were the ONLY people asked to do this! I will be continuing to share the racial profiling by the manager and associates of this location!! read more

I'm new to the area and needed to find a reputable place to get my TAG worked on. Even though it's just a quartz watch, it's still not an insignificant expense and I want it to work well. I had the movement replaced about a year ago and it never quite felt right and recently just stopped working. I was loath to spend hundreds on yet another movement. The young lady up front immediately greeted me and apparently is a watch expert as she was able to assess the situation in just a few minutes and get the movement seated properly. I guess the guy that replaced it never did it correctly. Anyway, it just took a few minutes, no charge and while I was waiting everyone was super nice. Had a wonderful experience here. The professionalism and atmosphere of the staff was what really blew me away. They have a large selection of items and can custom any of the settings to your liking. A good selection of diamonds, wish they had more Ovals but I understand that's a special cut. It was great to see all the different sizes and how they looked on hand. My boyfriend purchased me a pandora charm bracelet for our one year anniversary and we had to come in a few days later to get it resized...because as awesome as he is...he's still a man and got the wrong size. The sales consultant that helped us was named Maxine I believe and she was so wonderful!!!!!!! She gave me tips and recommendations to keep my bracelet pretty and well taken care of. She recommended charms and made the whole sizing process simple and quick. The original lady that helped my boyfriend wasn't as much help and he left saying how much he wished Maxine had been able to help him originally given that she was so accommodating and knowledgeable. In the end I will definitely definitely be back to purchase more charms and I have already recommended Rogers to several of my friends! Good job guys! read more

So, I had been searching for a specific ring my sister wants for her birthday. It's a Pandora princess ring that I just could not find in any other jewelry store. I really didn't want to buy it online incase it didn't fit right, so, 5 stores later, I decided to stop in. They had it! Literally, a few stores down from my work place, it had been there all along. -_- I saw it right at the front. It was a very decent price and they even had the right size. They have lost our business, now and forever. Personal satisfaction and great customer service went right out the window with this jewelry store. My husband bought me a beautiful ruby necklace which I know he paid a lot for. The thing is, the chain was the cheapest chain I have ever seen and the clasp was the smallest clasp I have ever seen. It was so small, both my husband and I couldn't even get it to stay open long enough to put the necklace on!! So I took it back to Roger's Jewelers and even the clerk couldn't get it open. She had to ask someone else to get it open! She came back with a larger clasp and said "we can put this on for $80!!" I said "$80 for a clasp, are you kidding me?? Seriously, $80 when I can't even open the clasp on the necklace? " She replied "well it is gold." I walked out. A few days later, I called and talked to the manager, Larry. I explained the situation and he told me to bring the necklace in and we could work something out. When I told him I thought they should change the clasp at no charge considering how much my husband paid for the necklace and the one on the necklace was way too small, he said they couldn't do that because there was soldering involved. I said "fine." Instead, I went to Costco and for a little over $100, I bought a gorgeous chain that came with a very secure clasp. We will never go back to Roger's Jewelry again!! They can keep their cheap chains with their cheap clasps and over priced jewelry!! read more

I had an excellent experience at Rogers Jewelry. Even though it was a busy Saturday, I was helped very promptly and given undivided attention while explaining exactly what I was looking for. I purchased a 14k yellow gold wedding band for my fiancé for a great price. I even received an additional 10% off. I appreciate jewelers who are willing to work with customers well and take their budget into consideration. I checked Macy's before heading over to Rogers and the same exact ring was about $300 more (which was a sale price!) yikes. Rogers Jewelry also buffed the ring I purchased in addition to my engagement ring! (My engagement ring wasn't even purchased there.) This is a complimentary service and I was told I could come back any time to get my jewelry cleaned/buffed. I will undoubtedly return to this jewelry store to have my jewelry cleaned in the future. Not only did they do it faster than I expected, they didn't charge me because of their delay in completing it (even though I didn't agree on a delay). BEWARE!! WARNING!! Rogers Jewelry will DESTROY your credit. I was late (on their unclear terms) they reported 60 and 90 days late, NOT true. We over paid for our wedding rings, and never deferred a payment, late by a week or two twice!! but the root cause to this establishments problem is you can not pay online, like most department stores and creditable establishments YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERY MONTH!!! Get with the times Rogers!! All 3 credit bureaus dropped my credit scores by 100 + points, I went from 700's to 600's (Average) I will never give them my business again and have told a co-worker looking to buy, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!! read more

In 2012 my husband went to Rogers to purchase my engagement ring and he couldn't have picked out a more gorgeous ring. (with help of course) He was helped by a very friendly, helpful staff and had such a great experience that we have made Rogers our go-to place for our jewelry needs. There was a problem with my original ring due to the size of my ring finger. (I have extremely thin fingers, size 4) The prongs of the small diamonds on the band were compromised after sizing the ring down that far and the little diamonds kept falling out, so Rogers custom made me a ring with a thicker, reinforced band and included my original diamonds at no cost. It took a while to get back, but wow it was worth it! I could not be more happier with the customer service we received. They could tell I was frustrated with the ring and didn't hesitate to make it right! I recently purchased some earrings for my goddaughter for her baptism and again had a great customer service experience! Had to order the infant earrings and received a great price and they came in less than a week later. They gift wrapped the earring for me in a beautiful little package!
