On Thursday, January 22, 2026, I visited Fresno Coin Gallery and parked in a nearby lot that I…read morebelieved was permitted for customer use. Approximately 15 minutes later, I returned to find that my vehicle had been towed. I was later informed that a neighboring business enforces towing for vehicles parked in their designated area. Unfortunately, the posted signage was unclear as to which parking spaces belonged to which business, which led to the misunderstanding. Despite this situation being completely out of Fresno Coin Gallery's control, the owner demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism. He personally drove me to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle and then to the insurance office so I could obtain a copy of my registration, as I had recently renewed it and did not yet have the physical copy. In addition, he paid the $600 towing fee out of his own pocket. This experience speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer service. I am extremely grateful for his help and generosity, and I will absolutely continue doing business with Fresno Coin Gallery. I highly recommend them to others.

PART 1/2 I went into this pawn shop around 3 weeks ago. There were 2 people working, a very polite,…read morewell spoken, A+ Customer service guy. He was a thin Hispanic man. Very polite engaged in small talk, made me feel VERY welcoming(though a side note he looked miserable until I walked in which shows alot about his Customer service skill. Which he might be having a horrible day but when i showed up he changed his attitude to make me feel welcomed which is a good skill to have when you work somehwere like that), and just seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. Then, there was a middle aged, heavy set, bald, white man, who was very unprofessional (in more ways than just my experience and I'll explain that after), like he'd rather be anywhere but there, just sat on his phone the whole time, when his coworker asked for help he acted like a teenage girl by rolling his eyes. Like he was inconvieced by having to do something while he sat down at work, had no personality, and just came off like he didn't care.(he's probably related to or is the owner and knows they won't do anything or nothing can happen to him) So I came in and initially I was talking to the worker who was professional. Like I said engaged in small talk, asking how my day was, just being very welcoming. The item I had brought in was a power tool kit, that was originally $650 retail. Now I'm not stupid and know im not gonna get close to retail. I understand that. So talking to the first employee and he was checking the stuff out. He said it was in very good condition, but wasn't sure what they can do it for and asked what I was looking to get out of it. So, I told him i was looking to get around $250 (just highball to negotiate) and he said ok.
