I had 2 encounters with different sales person. I was here on Black Friday 2019 and was greeted by…read moreLazaya. She was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond to help us. Her explanation was very clear and thorough. She did not tried to push a sale, and was very genuine. She helped me measured my ring finger and cleaned my current ring as well.I will give her a 10/5 star if I can. 5 days later, I went back to have my ring resized and a stone set in. Lazaya was not there that day, and Jason and Blanca helped me. I measured my finger again, and was somewhat a 5.5 ( Jason suggest a 5, however I knew that last time at 8pm it cannot fit a 5.5). I then said I want a 5 and 3/4 still, which I confirmed 3times. He typed up the paperwork and put it in a nice envelope. I come back after 1 hour and asked if they can set the stone in. The jeweler was very nice to accommodate that request. Then, as I was standing there, Jason and Blanca started showing me more jewelry. I got a little suffocated as I felt the pressure and their pushing to make another sale. Jason keep telling me about how much they supposed to charge for the setting of the stone, and "since You got a good deal on it, you should helped them out buying another piece". I ended up getting a pendant, which would not arrive until 4- 6more weeks. Afterwards, the jeweler come out with the ring, it was a little tighter than I imagine. I came to realized that Jason noted it down as a 5 1/4 instead of the requested 3/4 ( which I said 3 times). I was a little pressure on time, so I just let that go. Next time, I will only buy with Lazaya, or I may not come back again to buy, as I am not that fond about the "guilt trip". In short, this is a nice jewelry store with affordable (lower grade) diamonds. The jeweler work as amazing, who is only there TThSat. If you were to have your ring resize, you need to verify the paperwork to ensure the correct requested size. You might feel some pressure to buy.
