So, this place is near my favorite eatery, so we're by here often. The owner and his son are really nice. You may have seen their booth at The Big Fresno Fair if you're a fair goer. They gave all kinds of football stuff, shirts and such. If you're into fancy bicycles, this is your place for accessorizing. The owner is rude as hell. We went in to get a set of shirts for the family for my moms memorial service and the owner seemed to be in a hurry and had little to no idea how to make print Tshirts. When asking some basic questions on design or colors his answer and I quote " I just collect the money, my son does the work". Who says that? Shouldn't I be talking to him instead? And the topping on this shit Sunday is he made an error on the shirt. When we brought it up to him to fix the issue with the next batch of shirts he ignored us and never returned a call or text. I should've known better than to continue business with this guy, but the pandemic made it difficult to find anyone else. I'll just chalk up this experience as a learning one. For Anybody reading this DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE you can find better. read more

So I've been a long time Customer of this place long even before the left there Belmont location. Since they've re located they left there Customer satisfying mind set at the old place. Seem like every time going in there since they moved. They've had a can careless how to treat customers mind set. They smile in your face when they are taking your money. But they lack in professionalism and dependability. I referred many people over the years. But that stops today's. I ordered some prints around 10 days ago and as one of the Sons takes my money he says, "I'll send you a message and it won't take but a couple of days to get it done". Well those couple of days go by and no message and I'm thinking ummm maybe he's really busy. ? Giving him the Benefit of the doubt, I give it a couple More days, I go by. have to wait like 20 mins just to be told "I'm sorry, I'll have them tomorrow or the next day". I'm like cool about it. And say no problem. Mind you I ve driven to this location twice already. So the present. I go today, Third time, which is two days after I was told they would be done for sure. I go in and get attitude. Maybe because it was only a $30 dollar purchase this time. I'm waiting again. No one in the Store this time. I mention to the father that I'm feeling pretty unappreciative as a long time customer. His response is "well you only spent $30. Do you want your money back?" I'm like "come on man." Finally the little boy comes out from the back and makes a feeble attempt to put his chest out and basically say that "I have no right to say anything about how they do business and that my prints weren't done or even started. Do I want my money back?" It took a little on my end to tolerate there full of themselves mentality. Got my money back and will never go back to there business ever again. When a business acts like it's doing the consumer a favor by taking his or her money. It's time to close the doors. I closed the doors to there business. This place is nothing Kool. They need to change there name to flake design. And want to be bad asses. what a joke! read more

I looked all over for someone to help me putting together a bike. I was trying to get something done for my daughters birthday, the owner was the only person I found to help me. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and spent more time than i expected to help me. seems like a great place, I'm in Massachusetts and he's in California but if your looking for bike parts contact Kool, he really helped me out. read more

Went trying to find a bike part but was locked shut thought maybe on break or lunch (this is around 2pm) so i went to target to get stuff and thought it would be open by the time i came back but i was wrong there was no sign but lights were on inside. Why is it closed on business hours? read more

Kool Design wasn't the company I thought it would be, Misleading, Dishonest, & Disrespectful people run that place. I called & asked if they can make two shirts, I told Robert that i needed these shirts done in a week & if he couldn't I'll understand because of the short notice. He said he could do it & assured me that they would be done..the shirts were for my mom's retirement party but sadly they were not done & we were given an excuse why they weren't. When we finally got the two shirts they were the wrong size. I paid & my receipt shows 2 Large Shirt and was given 2 Med. Shirt. Now you would think that they would fix their mistake but instead they gave us the run around on getting either our money back or the shirt made correctly. Lesson learned, never again, nor recommend this Kool Design dishonest company to anyone,,,, read more

Robert has always been extremely helpful in designing us t-shirts,graphics, etc. They are so professional and the prices are very fair. the quality of work is outstanding.
