Take before and after pictures before you let America's tire touch your vehicle. They damaged my Audi by not lifting it correctly with a floor jack. I returned the next day to report the damage, and not one bit of honesty from the manager. No accountability on his behalf and no lesson learned for whoever did this damage. I was quoted $4000 to fix the damage. I'm waiting for their insurance adjustors to make a determination however, if there is any possibility of a lawsuit for this negligence and the employee not reporting the property damage that he himself caused, then I am most likely to proceed in a way that protects the consumer so that lessons are learned and this does not happen to anyone else in the future! read more

10.04.2025 - Today AT you get 1 star. I normally buy my tires from AT with 5 star service. However, I set an appointment for 8:30, arrived on site at 8:30, greeted immediately by a clerk, tell him I have an 8:30 appointment to fix a flat tire - explain tire isn't flat just has a flat head nail between the treads - hand over my fob while he checks out my 2025 Lexus which has a tad over 8,300 miles. He returns blabbering about not needing wiper blades or an alignment...DUH, and bs about inspecting the tire for some cannot be repaired, which I interrupt reminding him what I earlier said including they are RFT's (Run Flat Tires) only needing a simple patch, he then proceeds to inform me it will be "about 45 minutes" which translates to an hour to 2 hour wait time. Here's where he gets really stupid, "I can set you an appointment." I remind him I have an appointment then ask for my fob back not wanting to deal with overbooking mishap or ignorance. Went down the street to Schwab who fixed the tire without irrelevant BS. Car went into the bay immediately and out in no time. AT, your appointment scheduling is unacceptable plus the bs by your employee is laughable. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I'm so impressed by the professionalism and friendly service of this place. I don't think I'll go to any other location. I was leaving my house and ran over something that was not visible in the road. I quickly pulled over, called America's tire and spoke to Austin. Told him the situation and said I would try to drive over slowly to get it checked. He was so kind and said to get here safely and that he would help me as soon as I arrived. Once I got here Austin was already waiting for my arrival. He told me the options that could potentially happen which I greatly appreciate to have that transparency. Luckily he said fixing the tire would be possible and free of charge. He also recommended to replace my back tires as the treads are low. Overall I've repeatedly had amazing experiences here. Ordered and installed 4 new 22" perrilli all season tires for my supercharged Range Rover. They are beautiful. The pricing was very fair and honest compared to other quotes. I had an appointment which they kept and my car was ready in a few hours. It drives beautifully. A few years ago I was getting ready to go to Napa area with car full of belongings and dogs and other rescues. The tire light went on. America's Tire checked the tires right away and added air. I brought in my Ford E-150 here for 4 new tires. Before I came I checked online to see what was available and how much. When I got there I was quoted for the same price. I wasn't pressured with an up sale or any extras. I got new tires, a discount and some extras. I'll always recommend americas tire. We've gotten tires from here multiple times. Set up a appointment online for the following Monday to put new tires on my vehicle. My tires came in 2 days earlier than expected. They called me and we were able to get the new tires on that same day. Great prices, they had the same prices as Costco, but I didn't have to deal with the hassle of going to Costco. I left the movie theater and saw I had a flat. I remembered seeing this store opening just across the parking lot so I drove over(thankful for run-flat tires!) and they were able to put on a spare for no charge. Ron helped me and let me know he would be able to order tires from Continental, except their warehouse was in Ohio so it would be about 5 days. I ordered the tires over email on a Monday and they arrived only 2 days later! I was emailed notifying me they came in, clicked the link to make an appointment for the next morning, showed up, and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I would like to take this time to praise the America's Tire shop located on 3265 W. Shaw Ave in Fresno, CA. It has been crazy weather lately and while driving out of town, my car alerted me about low pressure in my tires. The first thing I thought of was how excellent America's Tire customer service is; resulting in being assisted by Ray & Jeremy. They were able to calm me down and assure me that they will do everything in their power to resolve my predicament. I found a nail in my tire at the end of the day and it was virtually flat. I got some air in it at a gas station and got to America's Tire on Shaw Avenue minutes before they closed. They quickly pulled me in to look at it, fixed it in 10 minutes and got me on the road. They didn't even charge me anything! I was traveling and only in town for the night, so they easily saved me hours of hassle, changing the tire that night and then dealing with the flat the next morning. Incredible service. Like many of the other reviews stated, customer service is top notch! Had a few questions about rim and tire sizes that were answered honestly and friendly. We are frequent shoppers here and have never had issues with service or quality. They even greeted my father by name (this is our family tire shop) and made us feel extremely comfortable while we waited. I needed four new tires FAST. Like I could have probably had a blow out on the freeway but let's not talk about my unsafe driving. LOL. I had called around to compare prices and while I didn't get NAME BRAND tires I did get some pretty decent all weather tires for 370 (including installation and a 47,000 mile warranty). Not only did I save money, but I'll continue to save money because they offer free alignments and rotations for life! I was also in and out pretty quickly, maybe an hour?
