The installation was very professional; they had to run some new lines through my garage, but everything they ran was tied up and tucked away neatly. I had the Genie DVR installed, and Dan (owner) sat down with my wife for about 10 minutes explaining all of the features of the remote, DVR service, and DirecTV offerings. All-in-all, it was the best installation experience I've had from any provider. The DirecTV service itself is working great right now as well.

I've also tried auto pay, per their suggestion, past two payments autopay has failed on their end still causing me to have late fees lol. Such a joke.

please do not use at&t for any internet, phone or cable services!!! warning****…read moremy 83 yr old parents have been loyal customers of at&t for their internet, tv, telephone and wireless services for a decade.... but loyalty means nothing bc i noticed on their bill which should be heavily discounted with the bundle of services, they have been charging my parents $625 a month by way of auto pay for over 3 years!! i thought surely this is a mistake and i'd be able to explain to customer service they must have made a billing error and get some of those charges refunded..... but nope!!! they were so rude, blamed my elderly mother for not noticing sooner and refused to refund them a penny, then to top it all off they disconnected their tv service and it's been out for over a week now and you better believe their gonna be billing them for it, i'm so disgusted i've hired an attorney to file suit against these greedy corporate thieves!! at to run salt in the wound every freaking ad they have is for new customers offering what they charged my parents, on a fixed income, $625/ month for only $60 .... what a joke... please do not keep this corp greed giant in business! without their customers they have nothing, and they need reminded of that!!! the best provider out there right now is t mobile by far!! do not give your hard earned money to at&t, they deserve to go bankrupt for the scam they've been running on us... this is elderly abuse in my opinion and for who ever the ceo or cfo of this company is... you ought to be ashamed of your company...i intend to make you pay for hour you've wronged my family if it takes my last dying breath. crooks crooks crooks....

I did that and was told no way. I indicated that was pretty shabby since it was most definitely used as a ploy to get me to sign on. They really could not have cared less. Also, my signal is apparently always crossed with a neighbor who has really horrible taste in television. We constantly have things like "Bad Girls Club" and awful movies like "Phat Girlz" show on as recorded on our DVR. Unless I am sleep setting my DVR, this is pretty annoying. I am also fairly confident that even my unconscious self has better taste than that. Oh, this neighbor also records "The Nanny". WTH?? My husband and I walked into this store wanting a phone that would cost $25/mo so that the Verizon…read moreEdge credit of $25 would essentially make the phone free. After going over some phones and talking with Daniel, who was incredibly outgoing and sociable, we got the white Samsung S6. We were told that the taxes were due upfront, so we paid $84.22. When we went to a corporate Verizon store 14 days later, we bought another Samsung S6 (gold) and also had to pay taxes, which were $54.22. Puzzled, the Verizon rep told us to check our receipt from TCC to see what else was on there. Lo and behold there was a $30 Redux membership on the receipt! We went back to TCC and said that we did not want a Redux membership and did not even know we had purchased it! It was after the 14 day return period, so the manager had to submit a request to get the $30 refunded because we were not advised of the membership. In a few weeks we are supposed to get a check for the $30, so hopefully that does work out. However, looking at our receipt from TCC we also noticed that we were charged $650 for the phone whereas corporate Verizon charged $600. After doing the math, we realized that the same phone was going to cost us diff monthly payments depending on the place we got it. The real Verizon store gold phone was going to be free, whereas the TCC white phone was going to be an extra $2.08/mo (above the $25 Edge credit). When I brought this to Daniel from TCC's attention, he said that he knew it was going to be $2.08 extra per month and he thought he told us that. I told him that we were not expecting that and that we went there with a plan to get a phone that would be free with the monthly credits. I reminded him that we share a bill with 2 other people so we always pay 1/2 the bill. With the $2.08 extra per month, the other two people will have to subtract $2.08 from the total and then divide the bill by two to figure out what they owe us...how frustratingly annoying and inconvenient. Daniel actually understood that there was a miscommunication somewhere and said that the only thing he could do was to request a credit for $50. When I called to check on the progress of the request, a rep on the other end said that he checked with the manager and there is nothing they could do because we signed a contract stating the price of the phone. He said that TCC charges more for the phones because they have to get them from Verizon, so there was nothing they could do for us. Bottom line: Just go to a real Verizon store!! Update: Just found out that this happened to my mother and father in law today (7/29/15)! I will be heading to the Arnold TCC store now to return his phone, cancel his Redux membership, and then cancel her phone order and finally take them up to a real Verizon store to actually get their phones upgraded. Sheesh....save yourself the headache consumers, go to the real thing! Verizon is actually a great company!
